Urgent oil change required and they got me in,next day.

Have my wheel repair last week due to a punctured, and after using for a week, the condition is good. Also, I have 2 phone services (I presume they are from head office, Clayton) first asking the price of wheel fix, second call asking for wheel recommendations and booking, both experiences were good, they are friendly and willing to answer all detailed questions that I have asked. Price wise is reasonable too for being close to cbd. The staff at south Melbourne named John (if no mistake) also friendly at his service.

Easy to book, kept advised on progress and explained work required and cost in layman’s terms.

I have been taking both my car and my daughter’s car to MyCar South Melbourne for several years now. The team have also been so wonderful to deal with, great communication and very reasonable prices.

Dylan was a pleasure to deal with where he offered great service, discussed the process and kept me informed of timings and prices throughout the service. The car was ready well before the scheduled time and pickup was a breeze - he even remined me to scan my FlyBuys! Not only will I be back, but I also booked my other car in whilst I was there for a full service later this week!

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at a local car repair shop. They quoted me an exorbitant price for a relatively minor repair, significantly higher than other shops in the area. When questioned, their explanation of the charges was vague and unconvincing. I ultimately declined their service and took my car elsewhere, where the same repair was completed at a fraction of the cost. I advise others to be wary and seek second opinions before entrusting their vehicles to this establishment.

It would be better for me if a more accurate prediction of time to carry out the service could be given.
I was told it would take about four hours, so I paid for transport home only to find the collection was nearer to two, hours I could have stayed around and saved $60 in taxi fares.
The waiting area is not that great either
I realise these are not issues related to servicing but to customer experience.

Great experience was smooth and easy.

I took my car in with a headlight that was not working. Mycar kept the car for two days and then returned it saying that they could not fix it. When I took the car elsewhere, they had broken the globe while trying to remove it and broken the clamp at the same time. The cable tied the globe back in and decided not to tell me about any of this. By far the worst experience that I have ever had getting my car serviced.

I was under the pump to get 4 new tyres fitted and balanced within a very short amount of time and the lads at Mycare Tyre and Auto were fantastic in accommodating me. The tyres I wanted were in short supply, so they gathered them from different stores and fitted them within a week. Will be going to them for my car needs from now on.

Super efficient and good communication. Will go back for future repairs and services.

Took 2 hrs longer than was advised on line, did not replace wipers as I asked, they did not call me to advise me of this but send sms saying they couldn't reach me, my phone didn't ring.. the were cordial. Will not use them again.

Be done at 4 pm , dropped off the car at 10 am , so I planned my day accordingly then they said it’s ready after 2 hours ish. Hmmm…
- After the service was done they told me to get In my car and drive away from inside the workshop, my car was parked in the hoist while 2 cars were blocking me to get out.

I hate writing reviews but I think this side of your business needs some focus. No hard feelings
