Had a wheel alignment done on my car…
Had a wheel alignment done on my car and took vehicle back as steering wheel was off centre. Have to rate Nathaniel’s ( manager ) customer service as extremely good. Very impressed and will use again.

When I went to collect my vehicle there…
When I went to collect my vehicle there was no one in the office , I gently rang the bell on the counter and the gentleman that was in the back office at pickup of my vehicle was on the phone and I was happy to wait but I received an abrupt “I’m on the phone” . I didn’t say anything just waited patiently until a young gentleman was called into serve me. I think that gentleman’s name was Logan and was pleasant and while I was talking to him and asking questions the guy at the back yelled out the answer to my question over the top of the other person serving me. If he was so interested in the question get up and come out a speak directly to me. Not a great way to give great customer service.

Great service when unexpected issues arose. Able to get parts despite possible difficulty with an older car.
Fast, reliable, and the customer service was en point, nice manners.

Great service.
I just had the basic oil change and going over on my car and it was worth it.
They also itemised a couple of minor things that they can fix as well.
Prompt affordable service.
