Excellent service

Had battery and istop malfunction alerts when I picked up the vehicle. Was told to run it for 20 minutes at home and if it doesn't go away, come back the next day. I ran it for 30 minutes and the battery and stop malfunction warnings were still there. Dropped my son off at daycare in the morning, couldn't leave daycare as my car wouldn't start. I had to call roadside assistance and get my battery replaced. Now (a week later) my car is telling me it's due for a service again.

That fact I can get my car serviced and it comes with 12 months road side assailants on there essential pus package is a game changer. The team at mycar Strathpine helped fix the car up for me when the car had been billowing smoke. They fit my car in before anyone else could, and then had it fixed super quickly! Nathaniel was super helpful when I went to collect, and even helped with a few smaller things too. Highly recommend!

I miss the customer service. I miss the old front of house person. The new American person does not tell me how long things take. I'm not interested in talking to a salesperson. Great worker & front of house person is young guy with piercing, very good customer service.
