I absolutely love going to MyCar for any issues with my car or a car service. I love the people who always look after my partner and I. Always so helpful and kind. I also love the free roadside assistance that comes with the car service.

I visited Mycar without an appointment…
I visited Mycar without an appointment because my daughter had her driving test coming up and one of her brake lights wasn’t working. The team was incredibly helpful! They fixed the brake light straight away and also did additional safety checks to make sure everything was ready for the test. The store manager was especially supportive and really went above and beyond. I’m very grateful for their quick, friendly, and professional service. Highly recommend this Mycar! 🙌🚗

Excellent Customer Service. In between my regular services, my brake light switch stopper broke (due to age) and required replacing. I visited the store and they were only too happy to assist immediately and without service charge. Grateful for their service.

Great guy at the counter, very patient with us; answering all our questions. Even though it was a long wait (took almost 6 hours for a logbook service on a Monday morning); but everything else was good.

Awesome customer service and quality work.
Loki and his team have always given sound advice, superior customer service and go above and beyond to help us out. Competitive pricing with quality work. I would recommend them any day of the week! Have been a customer of Loki's for over a decade (followed him from each store), and hope to be for a long time yet!
