Excellent price and excellent service
I met Shannon at the EV show and he provided me an excellent price with 33% discount on the Michelin Pilot Sport 5. Shannon provided me excellent service, and even when my car car had to be towed for service, there was no problem re-scheduling me appointment to the following week. Knowing that the EV tyre I was after was not available, he presented 2 other alternatives for my inspection.

Friendly and customer focused . The Mycar team at Sylvania went out of their way to ensure that my car was promptly attended to after doing a 12hr night duty. It was very appreciated. Also loved that they have afterpay and flybuys

Good value quality service
Good value service. Quality of service was excellent Suggestion: Sylvania myCar needs a bigger waiting area preferably with a coffee station and a daily newspaper. Also a TV screen would also be a good idea.

Outstanding customer service and superior mechanical service
I had a great experience at mycar in Sylvania. They delivered excellent customer service and made time to complete all of the additional work my car needed. I drove away feeling very happy, especially about the windscreen wipers finally being fixed properly and the squealing of the timing belt being resolved - issues that other mechanics had failed to adequately address.

MyCar looked after me
MyCar looked after me. I drove in with a problem and they fixed it. They replaced the tyre, balanced and rotated my wheels and even adjusted all the tyre pressures and reset the sensor for free under their Total Care Plan, TCP. I highly recommend MyCar.
