FAST, FRIENDLY & HELPFUL BEING AT SHOPS WHILE WAITING.
I can't recommend this place high enough. Its my second time getting a safety check, they fitted me in quickly both times. They're really friendly, I appreciate they don't pressure you to get extras done, if not necessary, which I've found other places do. Ill be going there for all my future mechanical and tyre needs. I also love being able to get shopping or paperwork done in shops next to it while waiting. Thanks guys.

Put my car in for a service went to…
Put my car in for a service went to pick it up and the hood had scratches all over it, they said I need photos of the car to how there were no scratches before I brought it in for the service. The oil cap wasn’t put back on properly, oil was leaking out of it as I drove off and smoke coming from under the hood. I would not recommend anyone take their car to this My Car Sylvania, they do not care about the cars that are left in their care.

Called in without a booking because I…
Called in without a booking because I got a tyre light on my dash. Austin was fantastic and pumped it up straight away. He also gave me recommendations on tyre pressures. Certainly seemed like a well run outfit!
