Good experience

Didn’t do correct service, replaced long life spark plugs with cheap, $6 copper head spark plugs that I was charged $55 for before they were due, didn’t properly replace plastic assembly, screw missing, incorrect advice about tires, tried to upsell tires by lying and saying my tires were dangerous (confirmed with another mechanic)…. I went back and had a conversation and walked Ben through these issues. He was evasive and his explanations were half baked.

I used to come here because Tom was incredibly up front, honest and helpful. I hate to be one of those people, but I have lost trust in the ability of the team to provide a conscientious service. If these are the basic mistakes they’re making, what else are they getting wrong?

I had a flat. First shop I went to was “fully booked.” Not interested at all. Second shop indicated I need a new tyre and recommended a tire shop who did not hve the same tire but a similar tire. I called Mycar who located the correct tire and gave me an “urgent” appointment. At Mycar, the flat was plugged within 45 minutes, there was no need to change one tyre. When its time to change all 4 tyres, I will call Mycar again.

They did a great service.

The mechanic used to work for Ford and is an absolute magician with our car. Knows every nook! The car looks and feels brand new after 8 years. Thanks a million!

I know I called last minute but the guys were so great they fitted me in to replace both headlights that had blown before it got dark. It was a big ask but they really helped me out and I'm so grateful. Thanks guys.

It was the first time I go there, one of the reason is the location and I need to have my tires checked urgently. The people are very friendly and explained what I need to be done and spoke with my husband on the phone as I have no idea. Overall very happy with the service and definite will recommend friends and family.

Booking was as arranged, service completed in quick time, extra work required outside schedule service was reported and explained to me before work done, and happy with work and pricing
