Easy to communicate with
Easy to communicate with, polite and friendly staff. Good deal on the tyres we bought.
Our car has a smoother ride since the new tyres were
fitted.
So we are very happy with our experience at Mycar
Tyre and Auto.

Ken's customer service was excellent
Ken's customer service was excellent.
He squeezed my car in by a last minute request on the same busy day (a Saturday) to get 4 new tires fitted. Could not fault the process, price or service. Thank you Ken and the Tuggeranong team!

Every staff member I encountered was extremely polite, helpful and friendly!

No fuss
No fuss. Job was done well and on time. Reasonably priced. The whole 'underground shopping mall car-park' location was a bit confusing for someone who never goes to the shopping centre but I figured it out quickly enough.
