Quite a good job done at a reasonable price. Also in a convenient location.
Only criticism is that the operator seemed miffed when I brought my car to the front of the office - told me not to park there. But there was no signage suggesting that cars booked for attention should not be lodged there. Clearer instructions to customers, guys!

Seamless experience, easy to book.

My experience at MyCar Tuggeranong was exceptional. I was able to book my car in at a convenient time, and throughout the day I received updates regarding the next steps and any associated costs. The team also provided helpful advice about future maintenance and parts that may need to be ordered.
I had previously been advised by other places to replace my tyres, however the staff at MyCar explained that I still have plenty of tread left and won’t need to replace them for quite a few kilometres yet. I really appreciated this honesty, as it gives me time to save and showed that they genuinely care about their customers rather than just making extra money.
The staff — particularly the apprentice, Kelly — were very professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable, while also providing extremely genuine customer service.

Tyre replacement
The guys at Tuggeranong were able to replace a tyre for me with about a 20 minute turn around last thing on a Friday night. Great customer service

They offered a good rate and were great on the phone. Booked it 4 days in advance before a road trip and when I dropped off the car I was told they didn't have the tyres in yet and would call me at 12.30 to let me know if the didn't come. At 4.50 they called and left a vm saying they didn't do them. When I picked it up and was upset that there was no call earlier because I then had to pay a full day of shopping center car parking rates for nothing when I could have picked it up earlier.. the guy just asked me "are you going to cry now!" So unimpressed I'm not rebooking . Would rather pay more somewhere else.

The professional men running Tuggeranong My Car are incredible - they care about their customers, they’re honest and reliable. Fixed my battery issue in no time! Highly recommend!

Staff looked after me

Unexpected tyre repair needed, with staff quickly squeezing me in and getting everything fixed and back on the road quickly.

I found the service from MyCar to be very friendly and informative at all times. They very clearly articulated the additional work they recommended on my car (which I chose to take up in full). This work was completed to a high standard around 24 hours later. When I attempted to pay the bill I initially had issues with acceptance by the bank, but they managed to come up with a workaround which succeeded (otherwise I would have had to use an alternative means of payment, which would have been far less convenient). All in all I found my dealings to be a very customer focussed experience, not to mention the high quality of service on my car as well.

The gentleman on the front desk was very obliging.

Timing and going above and beyond to please

I booked my car in for a log book service and 4 tyres.
When I arrived there was no booking on the system. Nor did they have the tyres I booked for so no option but to have the more expensive tyres fitted. I asked the front desk if he could pay attention to the noise coming from the engine but that was to hard for him to come out to the car so I could show him. Reason being he was short staffed. This was not rectified in the end.
Very disappointing.

Staff were friendly and efficient. And the prices to organise book and pay for the service was very simple on the website.
