MyCar Waurn Ponds lived up to my expectations of excellent service and friendly and helpful staff. Store manager Michael was very respectful and helpful as he explained the work that needed to be carried out. His quote was clearly laid out and easy to understand. The front suspension work was completed efficiently and on time. MyCar deserve 5 stars for excellent customer service.

The person i normally deal with is very upfront and doesn't fluff around. However the person i dealt with this time was telling me that i needed this and that, including a wheel alignment (i had about 3 in the past 2 years, which was strange). When i took my car to a different tyre place for a new tyre i asked them if i needed a wheel alignment and they confirmed that NO i didn't need one. I normally trust this place and have been taking my car here for years however I felt like i was being taken for a ride on this last visit which doesn't sit right with me.
