A+ Customer service
I recently had my tyres replaced at My Car Tyre and Auto in Waurn Ponds, and the experience was excellent. Even though the tyres I needed were out of stock, the team went the extra mile, picking them up from another store and still getting the job done within a few hours. They were professional, friendly, and efficient, explaining my options and making the whole process straightforward. The tyres were fitted properly, and I left feeling confident. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing tyre services—they really go above and beyond!

Experience was excellent
Experience was excellent. I was informed all thr way through with what was required to be fixed and exact costs. Put my car in at 9am and was ready to collect at 12.30pm. So didnt take all day lile other places. Also the shop is super convenient right next door to a shopping complex. Overall great firay time experience with the team.

Quick and reliable and convenient service
Changed my tyres, balanced and aligned wheels all while I was shopping. Also I was worried there may have been an issue with my car. So they scanned the OBD port for me to ensure my car was operating correctly.

Fantastic Service and Lovely Team
I had a great experience at mycar Waurn Ponds. The team were incredibly helpful, and they genuinely looked after me from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, nothing felt rushed, and I felt well taken care of the whole time.
The staff were also just lovely to deal with — friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciate the great service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
