Ripped Tyre Replacement
It took longer than expected, however they kept apologizing that they were over booked. I appreciated them fitting me in prior to Easter holidays as my tyre was completely ripped. They also were able to source a replacement tyre quicker than any other tyre place. Thanks myCar!

I had various quotes from another mechanic that I felt were very costly. I took the car to MyCar West Wynnum who were so good explaining everything to me and charged nothing close to what the other guys were trying to charge. Warning there is companys out there that will take advange of you if you don’t know much about cars. The guys at MYCAR WEST WYNNUM are the ones to trust. I won’t go any where else. Friendly and helpful making your car troubles less stressful. So glad I found these guys, I have no hesitation on sending everyone I know to these guys. Thank you MYCAR WEST WYNNUM.

Friendly. Informed me what extra had to be done beside the service. Noticed the difference to the cars performance. Completion was on time. I have had my serviced there for many years. Never any problems.

The service probably went well but the extra jobs that were undertaken were not communicated well between the staff members. When paying, If I hadn't double checked the tyre situation which involved buying a new tyre & getting the unused spare put onto the car, I would have driven off with the old tyre in the boot. I had paid for a new tyre which then had to be quickly
changed onto the rim. This was all after the car had been there for over 5 hrs. I have not experienced this incompetence here before. I think I will go to a tyre place in future and just leave the service up to them. I was given a call about the tyre that was damaged, after the check was done & seemed urgent to replace. I questioned about using the spare but it seemed like a big drama and was told although it was brand new, it was an old tyre. If I had more time to consider my options, I would have not had to buy a tyre so urgently. The staff at pickup were also confused by the situation. My battery was also testing at 20% but opted not to get a new one just yet. Had to get a brake fluid flush which seemed more important.

I was quite impressed with the service I received, I made an appointment in the morning for that same afternoon
