Very helpful…
They took the time to ring me and confirm that I had ordered the correct CPAP machine to suit my requirements as some of the settings that I detailed to them were a bit left field. They were then able to confirm that what I had ordered was not correct and I was the able to get the correct machine which saved me time and money.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. Had an issue with a mask and it was sorted straight away. Very helpful staff member knowledgeable about products.
Competitive prices. Easy online ordering. However a little disappointed that such an expensive purchase was sent/posted to be left at address without requiring a signature upon delivery.
