I Sent Nyla away for two weeks training and boarding to help me with a few issues I was experiencing with her excessive jumping , lead pulling , and just a high drive and over excitement , Holly did a great job over the two weeks and we have addressed all the issues and this has enabled me to continue her training at home with much success , I know have a happy and relaxed dog !!

Where do I start we dropped or Rottweiler Jax off at Broadmarsh Kennels in Stourbridge on the 24/09/2023 it was his first time in kennels so obviously he and ourselves were nervous Jax was now 14 Months old and was acting like an adolescent Teenager so we knew we needed professional help with him after reading reviews on Trustpilot we went with My Dog Trainer the Midlands Branch and I am so glad we did Holly our trainer was totally Fantastic from day one we discussed what issues we were having with Jax and she worked with us in implementing a Training plan to help him feel more confident in himself and for us to have more control I can not compliment Holly enough everyday he had video updates of what she had done and could see how well he was improving after the 12 Days of Training we collected Jax and at first he was over excited to see us but after the initial excitement Holly took total control of him and showed us what training she had done which is called a hand over which took around an Hour and a half. On returning Home it was like having a new dog way more obedient and heal work was at 100% better it is a joy to see how much Jax has learnt from Hollys Training and if needed we have a free 5 day refresher course which is great but the best thing is you have a life time of Help from My Dog Trainer for the Life of your dog so any further issues they will help as best they can which is fantastic I can not recommend them enough but Holly was just perfect for Jax you could see the bond they had made at the end of Training which was truly Fantastic so many thanks Holly and My Dog Trainer

Our trainer Holly was great! She really focused on the things our dog needed help with so when we got pup back she was so calm and well behaved - and to make sure we were consistent and kept up the training we used the very comprehensive report she had written for us and the PDFs she sent. She has also been on hand to answer all our many questions via WhatsApp which we really appreciate!

Morgan is great! She did a great job training my puppy and he actually enjoyed very much. She also did a great job sending me updates every second day, lord of videos and photos of his progress. I am delighted to see how much he has changed. His walkings are beautiful now

Morgan has now spent another 5 days with my lovely puppy Jack. Jack was barking at all passing dogs and now walks calmly past them. Morgan is a committed trainer taking her role very seriously. She is bright, full of life and trustworthy. I know we will see each other again. Thank you smorgasbord

Our 7 year old nervous reactive rescue Lurcher had never been in kennels prior to her 14 night stay in Birmingham. We chose MyDogsTrainer over a regular kennels as we wanted a professional to spend quality time with her, to help us understand Olives fears and help her overcome them.

We spoke to Holly at length before Olive’s stay & her manner immediately reassured us. Holly is calm knowledgeable,professional and has a lovely way with our nervous girl. Olive’s training started the minute we arrived at Broadmarsh when we went for a walk around the paddock so Olive could meet Holly with us.

While we were away, Holly kept us updated with videos of Olive’s progress. When we collected Olive Holly taught us what we need to do to continue the training, and has kept in touch since by WhatsApp answering all our questions and pointing us in the right direction.

I highly recommend Holly - she really has changed Olive’s life, and ours. We feel confident now to walk Olive where we might meet other dogs, as Holly has taught both us & Olive how to react successfully. It’s now down to us to continue Holly’s good work.

I recently left my cavapoo to be trained by Morgan at Southampton. I can honestly say that I recommend Morgan's training completely. She forms a strong bond with the dog and has a caring attitude towards the dog-owners. Training updates and videos are supplied every day. Nothing is too much trouble for Morgan. 10/10 for this training.

I cannot thank Holly enough at the Stourbridge kennels she is amazing . My 6 month old Bernese mountain dog Koda has come on amazingly in the short time there. Day 1 home I can already see a huge difference in him. I cannot thank you enough Holly with the work you have put in we will continue this and he will grow to be an amazing adult.

Caitlin was excellent with our Goldendoodle Louie. He was very responsive over the 2 weeks he was with her. We now have the tools to keep him calm and he understand the commands. We literally rinse and repeat with him. He learnt to heal, walk with a loose lead, he does a lot less jumping when we come home and it's much more of a pleasure to have him. I gave Caitlin 5 stars because she put so much effort into his training, the rest is up to us, but with a lifetime guarantee I know if we have any trouble we can go back. Jackie

Polly-Anna and Kyran in Harlow branch were amazing! During the one week our Doberman Ronnie spent with them he got much more receptive to the two commands he was struggling with - recall and heal. Polly-Anna and Kyran helped us understand the basic principles and best techniques for dog training fundamentals. They also have shared the best practice tips and bread related observations. They both are very knowledgeable and Experienced in the trade hence naturally provide great results! Thank you Polly-Anna and Kyran! I took my little 5 month old Cockapoo, Bear, for a 2 week training course with Morgan in Southampton. I had done a lot of research and decided that with such good reputation along with a reasonable price tag, that MDT was the place to go.

I was not disappointed!

For starters, Morgan was amazing! Absolutely lovely and definitely made me feel so much more comfortable with saying goodbye to my little boy for two weeks, knowing he would be in great care for the time he was away. She explained the process to me upon arriving, was very welcoming and friendly off the bat, and generally just a lovely person as a whole.

I received emails with both images and videos from Morgan every other day, showing me Bear's progress throughout his stay. From the first email alone, I was amazed with what she had been able to get him doing!
This personal touch, reaching out to me updating me on Bear's progress throughout, really put me at ease. Helped to reassure me massively that he was okay and the training was going well.

Bear has learn't so much in only two weeks! Obviously, we still have a long way to go and I will keep on the training daily with Bear, but I know if I have any questions I can always go back to Morgan and she will help out.

All in all, I've been extremely impressed with MDT, Morgan and all the training. I would recommend anyone wanting high quality dog training to sign up!

All the team at MydogsTrainer and Broadmarsh Kennels were great! Holly the trainer really made a difference with my dog, he stayed for a couple of weeks and I have seen a difference in him already. He is better at lead walking and seems a little calmer, he is still a little reactive at times but I have had plenty of advice from Holly since he's been home, and of course training is always going to be ongoing. Holly sent lots of photos and videos throughout his stay and also sent a detailed report all about him and the things I can continue at home. Thank you to Holly! The team at Broadmarsh also took care of his paw as he had hurt it before he was due to go there, a big relief! He will definitely be back! Thanks again

Ivy stayed at Broadmarsh Kennels for 10 days while we were away on holiday and her trainer was Holly. Everyone at the kennels was lovely and she seems to have had a great time there. We cannot speak highly enough of Holly. She was wonderful with Ivy and kept us updated with pictures and videos every day. Ivy wasn't well behaved on lead when she went in and now she is home, she is so much better and we now know how to continue training her for situations where she encounters others on the lead. The handover was excellent and we went to a park with Holly to see all the training she had done in practice. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!

11.08 was the collection date for my puppy after 15 days training. Daisy (puppy) had 19 days boarding at Delvallie Kennels. Morgan was the trainer for Daisy and was excellent. A very lovely person who is wonderful at her job. The only reason I haven't give 5* is because the kennels weren't very clean. I'd certainly recommend Morgan though!

Lucy was in the kennels for 2 weeks and had some behaviour training. Her trainer Morgan was lovely . She communicated extensively with us by email and sending videos and photos.The handover was thorough and did not feel rushed. I really felt that nothing was too much trouble.

Polly-Anna was a great trainer. She kept us up to date throughout our pups stay. Helped us understand where we had previously been going wrong and provided us with tips and advice. The kennel itself was great caring for our pup really well even when he was a bit poorly they communicated with us throughout and really looked after him. Our pup seemed like he had a great time there and really liked all the staff. Thank you for all your help!

Caitlin was amazing with our black & white GSP. He's a nervous & reactive dog & after 10 days was so much better.
She gave us the foundation in training & the tools we needed to continue. We can now go for walks feeling confident & safe that incidents can be avoided.

We sent our 2 year old rescue German Shepherd to train with Polly-Anna. He was super reactive with other dogs and Polly managed to get to the source of the reactivity and helped to guide us on how to help our boy improve.
I felt very comfortable leaving him with Polly as she has experience with larger dogs and GSD’s. He came home to us in good condition and a with a few new manners.

Very happy with the service and will certainly be recommending.

We recently signed our 11month old bulldog up for a residential course, Initially for general obedience training. We decided to go with broad marsh kennels in the West Midlands so a bit of a journey for us but so worth it. Ted stayed there for two weeks and His trainer Holly kept me updated every step of the way with photos and videos. We signed up to this whilst we went on holiday rather than using normal kennels and honestly what a difference. His behaviour has calmed down, he’s not jumping up at everyone, I can take him for a walk without him taking me which has made a huge difference to the time we spend together. I received a very detailed report about what Holly had taught during those two weeks and how to ensure we maintain the advice given. I can’t thank Holly and Broadmarsh Kennels enough. Will definitely use for a refresher course if needed in the future. Five stars from us and a very big thank you again Holly!

Holly was just wonderful. From the first time she met Vinnie and assessed him to the handover and training session for us she was clear and insightful into Vinnie's behavioural issues and way to counteract them.

During the intense training itself she kept us regularly updated with pictures and videos of his progress and has followed up with us directly after training to see how we are getting on.

Vinnie is still not "perfect" in his behaviour reacting with other dogs, he possibly never will be, but he has progressed significantly in the time he spent with Holly and My Dogs Trainer.

I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who has a dog needing some polishing!
