I lost £850.00 through Dream holiday Ltd fraudsters buying tickets online . I feeling the anxiety and pain for not able to flight to Nigeria today. This is horrible company fraud , still in shock because l was thinking about this . These scammers tried to take an additional £872.98 pound from my account again without my authorisation can you watch out for this name LMnext UK Ltd. If it wasn't for the bank they would have gotten away with this

Wish I read the reviews before I booked. This company is the worst ever. I booked a trip to Paris with an Agent called ADAM. When my family and I went to the Airport we were told by the EasyJet staff that that our tickets were not valid, that the reference number belonged to someone else who travelled
a few months earlier. I had to rebook new tickets which were a lot more expensive.

PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS.

The experience I had was exceptional, couldn't had a better company to deal with my flights they were there for me until I got back home brilliant

Paid full £3,650.00 for flight, hotel, shuttle Three days before I fly to Thailand, had a message from Lovholiday thaPaidt my return flight, hotel and shuttle cancelled. How on Earth "Lovholiday" was involved when I booked with "Dream holiday/Dreamtravel" had to cancel my trip to London for my niece baby shower. Had to stay around to sort out my Thailand trip. Was a total nightmare and stress. Rang Dream Holiday/ dreamtravel and was told don't worry we will sort it out that ignore Lovholiday you booked with us etc etc. I waited all day right up to 4pm still nothing I had to Ring Etihad myself and sort out my return flight. Had to ring the Hotel in Thailand and re book. Also re book my shuttle all myself and paid it with my own money. They did refund me the hotel and shuttle money in the end but i end up doing all the work they had being paid for doing because time was running out on me and my family holiday and nothing was done as promised by Dream/travel holiday.
Me and my family was so sad and upset my kids was crying I was feeling the anxiety and its out had working savings and having to go through all this right up to the last moment. We still in shock as to what went on.
I will never recommend or advise anyone to book with this company stay very very far away.
Something dudgy going within this company. I think they need to be investigate. The staff gets very rude and arrogant when I try to confront them Samuel and Ryan they are. Not polite only nice when you book and give money after they cares nothing about customers emotion or the stress and sadness they cause.

Called lycafly and dream holidays pretended to be lycafly and toom 3500 British pounds for a flight from London to India. 2 of the 4 tickets were counterfeit. We called Saudi Airlines and Saudi said that these 2 tickets were never booked. We then had to book more expensive tickets for extra 2000. The guy we spoke to with dream holidays is RAHUL DAS all his no. Is blocked on wattsapp and call. No emails or no.s are working. We called lycafly and said that they don't even have an employee called Rahul das.

Dream travel...more like DREAM scammers, DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS COMANY...YOU WONT GET A HOLIDAY AND THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR BANK ACCOUNT...DO NOT USE !!!!

Cheaters, company on paper only. No service at all. They will stop receiving your calls once money is being paid.
Fraud company

I cry for help if anyone, can give me contact about this wicked and fake company or any organization i can report to. The collected money 781.67pounds from him to book ticket, till now no ticket no money. All there contact i have is blocked. Please anyone should help me!!! My Dream are fraudsters and I will like everyone to know and also Noone should transact any money business with them. The flight was canceled by The dream staff and never refund the money 💰back to me. LONDON TO JAMAICA 🇯🇲 FLIGHT ✈️, We're being calling them +44 20 3992 9368 and sending several emails but no response. I promise to escalate this scam more.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These scammers tried to take an additional £200 without my authorisation. If it wasn’t for my bank they would have gotten away with this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Tried to report this to a manger at the company - I was passed to several agents and never got to speak to a manager, just passed from pillow to post - they promised me a call back which has not yet happened - probably because I cancelled any payment. I have had to cancel my card as they have my details beware!!!

Terrible company.booked before Covid . They cancelled my flight and then asked for another 300 pound to change dates . Which sorry don’t have . Then you ring I don’t understand anyone of you no one speaks English well . Virgin airlines refunded this company my money on the 22 of last month. Virgin can’t belive this . I’m still waiting virgin airlines I can not fault they have emailed every day to see if I have received my refund but dream world I would love to no who the head of the company is . Cause how do any of you sleep at night taking so much money off people

Trying to get our money back from a hoilday in march won't answer calls or emails worse company ever do not use

Very poor company have been trying to claim a refund for my holiday i was going on in April this year. I've emailed the company and kept get palmed off, explained to them that I'm ill and didn't need the stress and i had saved up for a while to go on this holiday, as neither myself due to being disabled and my husband dont work as he is my carer to just give me my refund as cant afford to lose the money. Got an email back apologisingfor me being ill but nothing on my refund. Sent another 5 emails but got no response. I tried emailing them again yesterday for my email not to go through. So now going to go to my bank and get a charge back section 75. Would advise others to do the same or go to credit card company if you paid that way. WARNING NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely disgusted through this COVID19 have not had the courtesy of a response regards my emails for the monies paid for my holiday back in January this year. You call the number given and it says mailbox is full, which really gives you a lack of faith !! I wouldnt use this company if my life depended on it. Stay well away

We have had a nightmare with this company, no-one will answer the emails or calls in regards to our holiday, which we have found out from our flight operator and hotel that there is no flight and the hotel is shut due to coronavirus, all we want is our money back!!!

Booked a holiday, was cancelled due to coronavirus, now they are refusing to answer emails or calls.

i have emailed this company for information regarding the holiday that we have booked and I have had no response at all. I have phoned ATOL and they are an active company but wont get back to people and have our money

This holiday was a night mare the hotel was a disgrace to say it was a 4star it was not even a 1star the food was shocking the room was a disgrace the tiles on the floor where all broken the enamel on the bath was missing and all rusty and the all inclusive was only on parts of the day drinks stopped at 19.00 and started again at 21.00 and stopped again at 22.00

Over all ok but had a little dispute half my fault and half there fault,
