I had left it too late to buy fresh damsons so purchased frozen ones from My Exotic Fruit. A great decision Excellent packaging and delivery. The damsons were perfect and I used them to make damson gin for Christmas presents. Worked beautifully and I will definitely use My Exotic Fruit for future purchases.

This is not my first time buying from my exotic fruits, they always keep to their words. Never had a bad experience shopping from them, ordering was simple and straight forward as the products were clearly posted with a short description moreover delivery was well timed within hours of despatched from the warehouse.
All the products packed with care, and in mint condition thank you guys.

Every delivery has been on time and in perfect condition. Very pleased with the service.

The fruit I’ve received from here are always so delicious. I’d never had or heard of most of them. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. I’ll continue to buy from here. The prices are so good too considering what you get. I honestly can’t get enough of this place. 10/10

I have to edit this because I just received another order from this company and once again I was blown away. The fruit is always in such great condition and I just think what you get for your money is amazing. I always get the small selection box with mixed fruit. And then a little something extra on the side. And I’m not disappointed.
I had ONE issue when stuff was delivered once but I think that was due the post man, not the company. And even though I was quite rude about it and quite unnecessarily short with the staff, they managed to turn my mood around. They were so helpful and seemed happy to do so. Again, even though I was rude.

This order I got was much and such the same as always and they thanked me via email for my custom. The staff also phoned me to tell me something I ordered wasn’t in but would I like a replacement of something else and they gave me something which is now one of my favourite fruits. These things have happened over a few orders and they are such lovely people. I’m so glad I found this company.
Definitely worth the money. The fruit is always incredible and learning about them online is exciting. The selection boxes are random so it’s fun to not know what I’m gonna get. I’ve had quite a few orders now and I’m still receiving fruit I’ve never tried. It’s amazing. I love this place and I’ll continue to buy from here as much as I can. The prices are too good and the fresh produce is even better. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Great customer service, great response and quick recovery

I discovered “My Exotic Fruit” while craving a fruit(African cherry) that I had not eaten for over 10 years (since immigrating to the UK).
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the fruit which is native to my birth country. Since then, I have reordered it at fairly regular intervals and have always received excellent service each time.

Efficient professional company who were really helpful when I had questions. Fruit delivered quickly and well packaged. Great quality fruit. Will definitely be ordering again.

I've been ordering from My Exotic Fruits for quite a few months now, and to date I've been very happy with the quality of the produce I've received, apart from my very first order when some fruit was not what I was expecting - however, after sending an email it was all put right which put my mind at rest that customers were listened to. All very well packaged, and received the next day after dispatch.

I run a small meal prep business and usually buy from exoticfruits.co.uk, however my last 2 orders have been placed with myexoticfruit.com, as they have a little more of a selection than their competitors.

Myexoticfruit seem to be a bigger company, with a larger team, and larger social media presence, however certain fruits are hit and miss in terms of quality, but given the nature of tropical fruits and transportation/ climate factors, this can be expected from all sellers.

Parcels are always packaged well, never had an issue with the couriers, and delivery is usually very quick from the time of dispatch - same day or next day.

My main ick, is that their watermelons are SEEDLESS HYBRIDS, which HAVE to be treated with COLCHINE and when you open them they have hollow hearts, meaning they have not even been properly pollinated.
So if you are somebody that is opposed to infertile, GMO fruits, this is definitely NOT the place for you.
They have mentioned the issue of their watermelons being hybrid freaks of nature in a recent instagram video, but said something along the lines of, it being cross pollination, which “happens all the time in nature”, except this is not the same as natural cross pollination at all - it is treated with a known carcinogen (colchine) to prevent cells from splitting - it is completely different! I don’t think they intend to gaslight their customers, I think it is lack of knowledge.
There’s lots of beautiful big juicy SEEDED watermelons, of all varieties; red, yellow and orange, in various local fruit markets, particularly the Turkish ones around different London areas, so will be sticking to them for watermelon in the future.

Another annoyance, is that they do seem to sell out of certain things quickly, or are unable to source what’s on the website, and leave your order on pause whilst waiting for more stock. Although inconvenient, it is not a major issue BUT communication IS key, especially when running a small business, I had to chase up my order after 5 days without any update on dispatch.
When you do chase up however, via email or social media, they do seem to reply quickly, usually within 24 hours, but I do think there should be better communication with customers/ automatic regular text/ email updates to make it easier.
When I last ordered, they messaged me the morning of my delivery to let me know they substituted something due to it being out of stock/ unable to source, a little inconvenient but, at least they tried replace the out of stock item rather than just issuing a refund. When I opened the box I could see there was also something else that had been substituted for a different variety, but at this point I was just happy to finally have the order.

They also issued me a voucher from my last order, which is always a plus, and it does show that they do care about their customers. So considering this, I will definitely be ordering again however, I will be staying clear of the freaky alien watermelons!

One of the worst jackfruit eaten in my whole life.ordered one kg they have given the unripen ones had to throw it..it’s not order online .please don’t waste ur money.I have send them mail or call u won’t get any response.

Great experience! All the fruits were either ripe or under, no rotten surprises - which is always the main concern with fresh fruit/veg. Ordered on 8th, arrived on 11th and kept me updated via e-mail. Packaging was easy to dispose of, no unnecessary plastic!
