Wonderful great price quick delivery and freebies win win 5 stars all the way

I have been using this product for a month now, and it's truly effective. I feel my facial skin is firmer and more hydrated. Additionally, I have rosacea, and I apply a cream ROZATROL. It really works and soothes the skin, reducing redness. This cream impressed me the most.

Face Dr provide an excellent service and are always on hand for advice regarding my skin. I have been using the ZO range for about two years now and am constantly getting compliments on how my skin looks. Am approaching 50 and honestly my skin has never felt better. I have been recommending Face Dr to all my friends.

This company is amazing. They give free advice via a video or phone call.

Items arrived, beautifully packaged the next day.

Truly shocking, avoid, I booked a month in advance for the consultation, during the time I kept getting emails daily, hounding for me to buy skin creams, any excuse for an email I received, but my aim was the 2pm consultation time, I received an email 2 hours before the appointment to say they can not do the appointment at 2pm, the email then proceeded to give me alternative times.

Unfortunately I did not have the time, I checked Face dr for new availability and it turns out I could book her at every other time then my 2pm slot, if this is the type of service I am going to receive before I walk through the door why would I spend my money here.

There are so many clinics and online companies that are better and I have no doubt cheaper than Face dr, please avoid and look elsewhere. Save your money and time in dealing with this company.

Amazing customer service, fantastic products, great advice and next day delivery. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my skincare products.

All the consultants are so lovely and helped with any enquiries I had. My skin had a sudden change due to lifestyle so I asked for some advice - I heard back from the consultants via email within 48 hours and they helped tailor my routine. It’s was super easy to order/replenish the products with next day delivery! Will definitely be ordering again and thank you for the amazing service.

Today I booked a video call with Paula Coombs at 11am which I never received, I then booked another one for later the same day, to see if I would have better luck, but I did not receive that call either. I thought lets try some where in the UK, because previously I have used Spruce Micro in America, yes they do get results, but I just wanted to try a company in the UK, but I don’t think Face Dr want my business, so I will look elsewhere. I even tried calling them by Whats app, and messaging them on whats app too, I did not even get a reply.

I got in touch with Julia at Face Dr to help me find a solution to ease my painful acne. Julia put me on a skincare regime to try for 16 weeks. After 16 weeks, my acne has disappeared, my scarring is much less visible and I feel so much more confident in myself. I cannot recommend Face Dr enough 💕

Contacted myfacedr and spoke with Beth about my skincare regimen. Need a boost to even out my skin tone and as I don’t have much time I needed skincare that would be quick and simple but effective and Beth helped me no end. Would definitely recommend

I had to ask for a bit of advice before buying, I'm brand new to skincare, but since hitting the big 40 thought I'd treat myself and start getting a good skincare regime. What a great help the team were. Would absolutely recommend x

When i first contacted Face Dr I got a quick response from them; we had a phone chat for about 7 minutes where we discussed my daily face care routine.
Before placing an order they kindly advised me on the expiration date of the products I was going to purchase.
Later on I emailed them (3 times with attached photos of my face) and sent a message on whatsapp regarding purchasing another product that i was not able to buy and they never replied. I guess this product is not sold for everyone but at least they could have explained it instead of ignoring me.
