Totally disappointed that yous reduced the felix cat food to 85g an still charging same price,I have 2 cats use 1 sachet at a time an was enough for my 2 cats now using 2 each meal 4 times per day not happy neither are my cats

Really disappointed in Felix for reducing weight/ size of there cat food pouches as this really complicates it for us as we give half a packet am and pm with dry food. Obviously, now portion sizes are different. Also, what a cheek charging the same amount, that's a massive percentage increase. And finally, you can't stand the new packets up, so the food leaks out once open if you are splitting packets.

Not thought through felix, will now have to look elsewhere after 10+ years.

My cat is a large ginger tom and for much of his life he has been on 3.5 to 4 pouches a day. For the last 6 months I have been throwing away a lot of food each day, so I reduced it to 3 pouches a day. Shrinking the size from 100g to 85g means I am now back up to 4 pouches and consequently find myself having to buy more cat food at the same price. I am not happy about this! I would also like to know if Felix have changed the formula of the 7+ food, my cat is more hungry than ever since the change in size and despite going back to feeding him 4 pouces a day! What is going on Felix? Your customers are not happy...

My cats aren't fat but are being forced on a diet. Will need to look elsewhere but it's all that they will eat. Increase the price if you need but don't make the animals suffer.

Very disappointed! My cat has had this food for ages, but for the last year the quality gets worse and worse. Don't blame the age of my cat for this! The final is the cheeky change of the content from 100g to 85g. I'm not buying Felix anymore. Good bye!

Is my cat fat? No. Does it need to lose weight? No. 15g reduction per pack- with no decrease in price? Ridiculous. How would you like a 15% reduction in your breakfast, coffee, size of your toast, portion of fries, size of your trousers? This is ridiculous. I mirror other comments- I'll be looking elsewhere for more value. This really is corporate price gouging. I'll be boycotting other Nestle products- Kit Kat, Maggi, Milo, Nescafe etc. Join me, make our voices heard.

Been a customer for years, absolutely disgusted that you've reduced the size of your cat food pouches, previous to this I'd noticed less meat and more jelly in the portions. I only gave you a one star rating because it won't let me leave a zero star rating. I'll be switching to an alternative brand with immediate effect, and hopefully enough people will be doing the same, so that it negatively effects your all so important bottom line.

Absolutely disgusted with the change in pouch sizes, from 100g to 85g and at the same price. Totally being ripped off, having 3 cats and I’m a pensioner it’s challenging at the best of times with the cost of living to feed them a good diet, now there will be a shortfall of nearly 2 pouches per 12 box at the same price of £5 which is totally disgraceful. I will definitely be changing now and I hope others follow suite, companies are getting way to greedy now. I’m so angry.

Disgusted by this company that I have used for decades to feed my cats, the size of the pouches has shrunk yet I am still paying the same price? Time to move on to another brand that is better value for money.

Never buying this for my cat again. My cat has had diarrhoea for over 6 months. Many vets visits, blood tests showed nothing. Decided to change the cat food for another brand. No more diarrhoea. I see they have reduced the pouch sizes and increased the price. Taken Felix off my other two cats now because of the reduced pouches. Pure greed. Have fed my cats felix since the 90's. No more.

Cruel from so called pet lovers at Purina to reduce Felix sachets sizes to 85grams from 100grams, for decades I've used Felix, but now my poor cat and my poor wallet has got to experiment with other brands, I get everything is more expensive, however you could have just put the price up instead, a true pet lover wouldn't mind paying abit more for their fussy cat, if it meant she stayed healthy, now you've messed up her feeding regime and amount, to have to use 1.5 pouches now, for us it would've been better to reduce the pack to 10 from 12, not a good move Purina, if you want to keep your customers put up the price, or reduce the pack to 10, your website says your pet lovers, really cause your doing nowt for decades long customers and cats, and making even less people want to rehome a gorgeous cat, I hope cats don't suffer as much as your company could, with your stupid shrinkflation idea, judging by the comments here, also too many chicken pouches are in every type of multi pack Felix, let cats have a change from chicken.

As with all the other recent reviews, this is yet another company profiteering!! They've reduced pouch sizes from 100g to 85g, yet the price remains the same!
Changing brands as these con artists do not deserve my money.

This food is just getting worse, less food in the pouches for the same price and more fillers: a typical pouch of doubly delicious and it’s more than half jelly which my cat won’t eat. Where’s the meat? I’m switching brand - had enough of Felix complacency!

Why have they reduced the size of the pouches!!!!! Put them back to 100g!

Ripping us of by making the packs smaller from 100g to 85g but keeping the price the same. I’m now trying my cats on other brands as having 3 cats is expensive enough as it is. Sneaky sales tactics.

After complaining re felix wet food pouches, reduction in size from 100gms to 85gms and still the same price. I received a reply, saying that the reduction in size was what THEY thought was in line with what a cat should eat? And that the packaging was easier to recycle. Its a load of BS. They have done this for their own profit margins. Well let me tell you this Purina....you have just shot yourself in the foot, I spend per month £106 on your products... Hows that over a year for your profits?....Never again. Never again.

You ask how the company can improve? You could start by not reducing the size of the pouches (by 15%) but still charging the same price and not making this clear on the packaging or marketing.

Well, after 15+ years of feeding my cats on your food, you have finally done it, you have lost a long standing customer. Going from 100g pouches to 85g pouches but still charging the original price is a blatent Rip Off of your Customers. I hope many many more Customers abandon you and move to another supplier. Well Done in pissing off your loyal Customers.

You are are single handedly involved with veterinary insurance and are deliberately making our cats ill with malnutrition and and lack of vitamins in products I am now awaiting analysis of all cat food ranges and will be contacting appropriate MPs and welfare people that are not involved in your organisation

Kattensnoepjes verpakking slecht. Het is duur maar verpakking gaat steeds stuk met openen/afsluiten. Ze vinden ze heel lekker maar Fix die afsluiting aub
