Great service, nice and simple and a great help when the unexpected happens

As a customer I find it very easy to apply and receive and pay back my short term loans, website is easily accessible and customer service is spot on when I contact them via phone.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with My Finance Club.

I have contacted My Finance Club numerous times regarding my account. I have emailed several times, submitted multiple queries through the contact facility on their website, and have also spoken with them using Relay UK. Despite these repeated attempts to communicate, I have received no proper written response to my previous contacts.

I have also already paid my £211.20 instalment, on the same day I received my money, as I had committed to doing. I have evidence of this payment and can prove that I made it.

Despite this, I continue to receive repeated emails and SMS messages telling me that I have missed a payment, that I am behind, and that I urgently need to contact them. Their latest communication even requested payment of £492.90 and warned about the consequences of overdue payments.

This has caused me a significant amount of anxiety, worry and stress. I am also currently working with PayPlan under a Debt Management Plan and am actively trying to deal with my financial situation responsibly.

What I find particularly frustrating is that I have repeatedly tried to communicate with My Finance Club, yet I have not received proper written responses to those previous contacts. Instead, I continue to be chased.

I have now reached the point where I have told them clearly that if this continues without the matter being properly investigated, I will pursue the matter through their formal complaints process.

I genuinely hope My Finance Club will investigate what has happened to my payment, review my previous communications and stop treating an instalment I have already paid as missed.

This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing, and based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend My Finance Club.

A fast and straight forward service. Easy to use & reliable.

Impossible to contact if there are any issues with your payments causing them to add on ridiculous fees which you cannot pay, definitely not a company anyone should trust.

They are using tricky method with your unsaxesfull payments to charge more without reason and without to contact you properly for any issue. EXTRA NO LEGAL CHARGES FROM NOWHERE WITHOUT TO BE YOUR FAULT.... DON'T TRUST.... AND DON'T PAY THEM THE EXTRAS. LET THEM GO TO THE COURT......

Doesn't even deserve 1 star please stay clear dose not let you access your account. Contact with then is only by adding interest. Dose not give you mobile number pin code. To access your account. Stay away.

I paid my monthly agreement amount early and got charged more money for doing so now they keep adding money on top of the rest that I owe worst loan company ever do not go with these I’ve been trying to get hold of them and sending them messages but they are just ignoring me

Applied , received message saying accepted and funds sent. Funds not received . No replies to messages. Not great

Got accepted got txt saying funds sent should get in 15 mins nearly 3 hours later still nothing an cant get hold of anyone to see whats going on

Easy application fast payout

Put in an application sorted and received within the hour, had a payment problem but thanks to good customer service colleague named Ethan I was able to sort it really quick! Ten out of ten service

Absolutely shocking behaviour - never released the funds and the customer service adviser was extremely rude. I will be reporting this to Ombudsman.

Never received the money and they won’t close the account when requested. Scammers

Impossible to get hold of sent over 10 messages via contact form , rang can't get through, logged out , password reset doesn't work. Link in emails doesn't work , horrendous.

If could give zero stars I would, very dodgy company. Put missed payments on your credit file when not deserved then won't take them off after said they would. Do not reply to emails to them even though they send unwarranted threatening emails and now no matter when call them they do not answer!!! Such poor unprofessional behavior

* The reply here does not corelate to the post and no name on it, As said dishonest company put on missed payments when is been paid and do not do whats agreed on many calls!

Constant text emails because it's now a late payment

5x call waiting 30 mins and still no response
Constant contact emails
Still no reply

Now I'm getting charged for being proactive and paying a few days early
