Easy to apply and at every stage it is made clear about repayments and charges etc. No hidden fees.

I had a loan first of £300 and paid it up early.
So I had a second load for £200 over a period of three months.
I went into hospital to have my cataracts on my eyes done they did one gave me drops they told me to come back in 6 weeks.
I came home to about 6 missed calls from this loan company.
Anyway they called me back giving me no explanation to why they was calling, they was waffling on about nothing I could understand when I asked about why are you calling still no answer. So I told the person I will pay the loan up on the 11th June she was still waffling on, when she grasped the situation she went.
I’ve never known such a bunch of incompetent staff in my life if I was any of reading this keep well away.

I had a loan through this company which i paid off on time and in full. My credit score has improved 18 points since then and my bills are lower. They have turned me down instantly for a new and lesser loan instantly actually confusing the staff on the phone. Disgraceful. You have lost a customer forever and I suggest you avoid this company. The website is awful and I had to try 5 times to even get it working. All in all , dreadful!!
