Cannot fault this company ! I spoke to a few people and were all super helpful , super efficient and really friendly .
Extremely reasonable prices also . I went with the hybrid insurance which starts from learners insurance the carries straight over when you pass. Also to add this is all on behave of my teenage son.

As a first-time driver paying for my own insurance, this has been a terrible experience.

The black box constantly falls off the windscreen, meaning it can’t solar charge properly. I even bought a new cradle myself and it still didn’t stay on longer than 10 minutes. Despite this, I’ve now been emailed saying my policy will be cancelled if it isn’t charged.

Their “solutions” are to use a power bank (which they never provided) or charge it while driving, even though it can take hours to charge.

On top of that, the insurance itself is expensive. I was told my mileage allowance would be enough when I took the policy out, but I still ended up having to pay extra for more miles. And if you try to leave, the cancellation fees are extremely high.

Feels like you pay a lot of money just to be penalised for problems caused by their own device.
