Once again MyFirst have made getting car insurance easy. Second year of buying car insurance for my daughter with them. Ethan was knowledgeable and efficient. He is clearly experienced in advising clients about all of the elements of car insurance.

I wouldnt use this company again. Honestly i paid over £5000 for a vauxhall corsa my first insurance company they sold me the dream, telling me that if i got higher miles and i didnt need then half way through i would be able to drop then and get money back. when it came to me doing this the first person i spoke to said yes this will happen they will call me back never did, next person i spoke to said that that wasnt possible. id also like to mention the documents there was two different lengths of my policy as i was paying monthly. one said i had to pay for 10 months the other said 11 which may not seem alot to some people but when it was like £400 for an 18 year old a month it becomes a shock. i left due o getting a new car the leave price was good, the black box was also good have no complaints about anything apart from the customer service people. Also not to mention i broke down on a coutnry road spoke to one person they said i can add breakdown right now and someone will help straight away the phone ended again and i called back 20 minuets after waiting for a call back never did next person i spoke to said that's not possible. one person will say 1 thing the next will say different.

I phoned up to inquire about an email I’d received and wasn’t sure if not having the right documents on time would effect my policy, Maddie was absolutely brilliant at explaining how to go about it in due time to make sure my policy wasn’t voided, I appreciate her taking the time to talk to me about something that could quite easily be turned away since the documents needed are usually mandatory.

Had a query and did an online chat with Lily and her response with very informative and quick . Updated our policy without issue....excellent response...

Had a really good experience with using MyFirst. I have just passing my driving test just under a week ago and this is my first insurance. I was unsure about the insurance and the quotes etc but Russell was so patient, made me feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly. Such a nice and friendly guy. He did eveything he could to make my insurance the cheapest and covered alternate dates/prices. He was a huge help and want to give him credit. Keep doing what your doing Russell, you are amazing !!!

I have just taken out a hybrid insurance for my daughter, who is on a provisional license and my son who only qualified for his license just yesterday. I have rung so many companies today and they were all quoting over £3500. I was desperate!! Jasper, you are a legend!!! He was so helpful and guided me through many different options and the final price - WOOP WOOP!! Amazing!!
I hope I will never have to make a claim, but if I do, I honestly hope the service received today will be the same. Thank you!!!
