Today I phoned myfirstcarinsurance as they came recommended from previous learner driver insurers I’m so glad I phoned JASPER took my call listened to my needs n recommended a good car insurance policy for my daughter I had to do all the enquiries as she busy at work so jasper explained the best policy for our needs and circumstances I listened very carefully to the quote price and made a quick decision as I got a further friendly person discount and optional extras free what a bargain I am a very happy customer so everything is finalised deposit paid n big thankyou to jasper at customer services. Jamie was very friendly, helpful and informative. Price was great and he even helped us get the price down even more.

Incorrect advise said I wanted 8000 miles was told to add 4000. Was a high pressure selling, Decided to cancel within 24 hours a was charged £300 for the privilege, insurance hadn’t even started cover was due to start in a few days.

Well what can I say! Outstanding service again, the phone always gets answered in good time staff are always happy to help. This has been my third interaction and I can honestly say I could not recommend this company highly enough! Today I phoned to amend my sons number plate a very seamless process small admin fee all sorted in minutes. The young lady even wished my son happy birthday by name those little touches… outstanding I would have scored a 10 if it was possible thank you.
