Gorgeous wigs!!!

I ordered 2 wigs a few weeks ago and just received them yesterday. WOW! JUST WOW! BOTH ARE PERFECTION! From the closure to the cut to the color, they are just fabulous! Needless to say, I am truly satisfied with the wigs and will order more in the future!! Happy to share some pictures!

Top Notch!

They are a top notch company. They try so hard to make sure you are happy with your item. I just recently bought this wig and I couldn't believe happier. I have had a little trouble lately when I wash the curly units. They are getting tangled. I use only the best shampoos and conditioners when washing my units. Nicole, from Myfirstwig reached out to me and she went the distance to make sure it didn't happen again. The customer service is above normal standards. Thank you Myfirstwig. I love this curly units.

This company just simply doesn't care anymore

Ok so this is the email I sent to Myfirstwigs and of course they haven't responded. I WISH TO GOD I COULD SHOW MY PHOTOS HERE BUT ILL BE SURE TO PUT UP IN THE VIDEO AND TICTOK REVIEW.
I really need for someone to explain. First off, it took almost a whole month to get this unit.
Second, I included pictures of the cut of this wig. I have NEVER received anything from your company that was this bad.
Third, this color job is horrible. I also included pictures of the exact color of wig I ordered. Which, by the way is the only OTHER color unit I purchased from you all in the past. This is way lighter and looks nothing like the unit beside it(in pictures) which is what I ordered.
Its like this company just simply doesn't care anymore.
I need to know how these issues can be fixed.

Avoid. You’ve been warned!

Avoid! Trust me! Order at your own risk! Don’t be fooled by their wig pictures and videos. This company clearly knows how to sell and get customer to buy. Beware! their customer service is the worst ever! They don’t respond to emails and if you want to return something then you practically have to manage them. The process will make you cry. And I’m still waiting for my refund 2 weeks later! I feel like I’m communicating with people who can’t be bothered. When I chased it up they said they’re on holiday and will process it when they return…..I wish I could give them 0 star rating.

Je souhaite annuler ma commande #FR66661381 cela fait plusieurs jours que j'ai passé commande et ma commande n'a toujours pas été expédié.
J'ai eu à contacter le service client à plusieurs reprises j'ai reçu des réponses automatiques m'informant qu'ils sont en vacances et reprennent à partir du 4 février.
Mais moi je compte voyager le 6 pour 2 mois de travail.
J'avais prévu porté cette perruque pendant mon voyage.
Je souhaite annuler ma commande parce que je n'aurai plus besoin et le délai de livraison n'est pas respecté.

This is the first time I have ever…

This is the first time I have ever ordered a wig and I was impressed by what was shown on the website.
The good news is that my wig arrived ahead of time but unfortunately it was not the wig I ordered - wrong colour and cut.
I have emailed customer service twice, but have not had a response and it's been two weeks.

My last two wigs that I ordered was not…

My last two wigs that I ordered was not good. The first wig was cut wrong and it was not Malaysian hair. The second wig the color was suppose to be black with brown highlights instead the color was more bronze wih black as the highlight. Also,the length was 10 inches instead of 12 inches. I've purchase many of wigs from this company and I have been very disappointed lately.

I have been getting wigs from MFW since…

I have been getting wigs from MFW since 2018/2019? From the first unit to this recent one purchased, they have remained consistent in quality AND customer service. I recently bought this unit BFB016 and I love it! MFW is now the only place I purchase wigs from and the only place I will continue to get my units from.

What I love most about the wig is the…

What I love most about the wig is the HD camera-ready pre-cut lace service as I have learned in the past that I am not the best at lace cutting.

The color is quite lovely and the texture is very nice as well. Looking forward to learning how this wig goes with me through its given life span.

Incorrect item shipped - contract breached.

This was taken to final PayPal dispute.

Firstwig threatened to open their own dispute against me. For what? Not accepting £15 back and keeping an incorrect item,...

Anyway PayPals request for communication from them fell on deaf ears.

After checking out and getting offered the 3D pre cut pre bleach and fitted.. They didn't send me anything cut the errors is theirs I have purchased this on good faith.

I've declined to get £15 refund as compensation and they have stated return postage is at the customers cost.

As I have paid and received the wrong item they are in breach of contract with me. On that basis I wish to exercise a lien of the item they have sent me until I receive what I have paid for, I will not return it at this stage nor pay to ship it back.

Penny offered a full refund 2 days ago after I rejected part refunds and instructions on how to customise it as per order
£15 can't buy bleached knots, custom cut lace and make it fit.
The full refund offered was only £15 and I've opened a dispute on PayPal against them.
They now want it back and after altering the wig have given me a return address.

What scammers.

PayPal case opened. I will never deal with these dreadful people again

Ps the small cap isn't even small it's a big cap with elastic bands so bulky.
