Hi, I follow a lot of YouTubers and I kept seeing positive feedback on Myfirstwig. So, I decided to try them out. This is my first purchase through them. I decided to go with a 14 inch Yaki Straight Blunt Cut wig. I love it! The cap is constructed well. I went with extra deep plucked, extra deep bleached, and precut lace. Out the box, it was perfect. I just used my hot comb some and flat iron. I love the cut. It was some shedding but not too crazy. I'm thinking about buying another unit with the same hair texture but a little bit longer. Maybe I will try some color in another unit as well. It's definitely worth the purchase!

I ordered a wig that should look… permed hair. The hair I received was very long and the hair is crazy looking.
I ordered a wig that should look similar to permed hair. I got a trash wig I could have bought for 20 dollars. I want my money back!!!! This place is a rip off!!! If the cap is not oversized then the wig it self is trash! I will never trust them again! I get better wigs from Amazon! Do not waste your time, go to the nearest hair store and not this scam site!

Gorgeous and practical
The winters get really crazy here so I was looking for something gorgeous and practical and this wig offered both.
It was easy to install no glue necessary and fit snugly onto my head. Will definitely be buying more from this company.

I had a great experience with this company. My wig came promptly In a pink satin bag. The knots were bleached so all I had to do was cut the lace. It look so gorgeous on I definitely will be ordering more!!!!

This was my first experience of buying a wig.
I have brought two wigs from this company and was very nervous as I knew nothing about wigs. However my first wig make it really easy for first timers.
Pre cut
Deep bleached
Adjustable elastic band
Are all what makes being a first timer to wigs easy
The customer service is incredible from beginning to end. They are very patient and understanding.
The hair stylist/hair colourist is amazing too! Again very patient. I wish I could afford to give them more money or a large tip!
I have alopecia and it was a very sensitive time in my life when my hair started falling out. My first wig were kind enough to also change the lace to transparent for my fair skin tone. I don’t know what I would have done withought stumbling upon this company.
I have promoted to my sister and mom and they are both going to buy wigs from here!

Garbage Wig
Please don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. This company advertises 100% human hair wigs, however the units that are shipped to customers are synthetic. The unit that I received was like baby doll hair, brittle and matted. Complete waste of money and horrible customer service.

I had a great experience with My First…
I had a great experience with My First Wig customer services.
The Wig I ordered, although lovely, waa not quite the shade I had expected & didn't suit my skintone. I contacted them and sent photos. I was given returns Information and was able to reorder. The customer service team even sent photos of the replacement Wig for my approval before it was dispatched to me.
I can't fault my first wig for the quality or the wig which I wore for.my wedding last Saturday, nor do.I have anything but praise for the customer services team.

PENNY IS THE BEST!
My sister and I have been buying from MyFirstWig for close to two years now, and I have been faithfully purchasing from them ever since.
I came across them on good ole Instagram. I was tired of going to physical stores, and not really enjoying the experience at those stores. So, I opted to try online which at first, I was hesitant about because, well it's online shopping. However, I soon gained the confidence in sticking with this way of shopping, and their company where I have been completely satisfied. If I wasn't such a private person, I would totally do the whole influencer promotion ordeal to advertise them.
My wigs last me a good decent amount of time considering I tend to stick with the same look quite often. I also love the packaging and the effort that they make in knowing that you're purchasing from a genuine company.
So, with that being said, I want to give an enormous thank you and appreciation for their customer service team, but especially to Penny. Last month, I had my wig stolen right after it had been delivered, and I was totally distraught because I'm taking it with me to Korea in about a week from now.
I was beside myself and reached out to their customer service completely frantic because #1 it's theft, which is personally an invasion, but usually and understandably it takes them some time to go through the process of receiving the wig. I love how the company communicates every step of the way regarding the process up until the wig is delivered. However, when Penny reached out to me to get an update on my wig, that's when I realized I had never received it due to the theft. Unbeknownst to me, I had no idea that my wig had even arrived and within minutes it was stolen, but I was provided video footage a whole week later from my apartment manager.
Penny was so compassionate and understanding. She urgently took it upon herself to open an investigation case with the postal office where I provided her the images of mail and package theft to coincide with my own investigation; and she has been so incredibly kind to replace my wig.
Not only that, but Penny expedited my delivery with a requested signature because they know that I'm leaving the country soon. In fact, she was so diligent that it was actually delivered today earlier than expected as I was expecting it on Monday.
Regretfully, I had already been running my errands before I received the delivery update, and I missed the delivery. Womp womp, I called the delivery company, and they confirmed the original date for Monday for my wig to be delivered, so I'll still get it on time!
I digress, I am so grateful to Penny and everything she has done in making sure that I receive my wig and because of her as well as the rest of their team, I will remain a faithful customer.

UPDATE:
I received my wig and I love it. I'm excited to try this new look especially for my Halloween costume.
I would Usually have my wigs delivered to my office, but now that I know I can ask to have a signed delivery to my home I'll definitely be going with that option. They even added some additional hair shampoo and conditioner which is so accommodating. Any company that builds a rapport and takes care of their client-customer is a company for me!
This company just keeps getting bonus stars.

Blocked email for return
I email the company regarding the way that I received, I informed them that the wig was too silky for me and that I wanted to return it. I was email back to exchange it for the yacki which she said it's like african american hair. I emailed the company several times not realizing that they blocked my email address. I was told to send pictures of the lace which I did. I think she's waiting for the 15 day cut off.So that way I would not be able to return. If I have to pay.
For the return, I will do that.But I will never ever order again. And if you look at the emails that they reply back to the customer, none of them corrects the issue. I do have proof of all my emails as well as showing that my email address was blocked
