I didn't get what I ordered!!

I ordered a 10 inch wig and received a 12 inch wig. I sent MyFirstWig a picture of the wig with the measuring tape to show them the error. They admitted the error and suggested that I take the wig to the salon and have them cut it, which would cost me more. I asked to return it. They accepted the return but requested that I pay the return shipping even though I received something other than what I ordered. It was their error and they refused to pay for the return shipping.
UPDATE:
They responded that they would reach out and make things right. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! They never contacted me after stating they would.

Regarding the hair length, the actual length of our wigs is actually a free upgrade and is slightly longer than other vendors. We provide this free length upgrade to prevent customers from feeling that the wig is too short when worn. BEST KINKY CURLY EVER!!! I had ordered a few yaki straights from…

I had ordered a few yaki straights from this company that were very nice. I was nervous about ordering a kinky curly because, for me, a curly has to be on point. Well, My First Wig did not disappoint!! This kinky curly is all that and more! Not too kinky, not too straight, just right! I gave 4 stars because the shipping time is way too long. It took almost a month.

Blamed me for faulty product

Wig had a fault and I was instead told it was my fault due to sizing.

I recently bought a wig from this company that was supposed to be glueless. However when it arrived it was clear that there was a deep crease in the lace that would mean that it couldn't lay flat at the front and instead stuck up.

I reached out for support and they insisted this was my fault for picking the wrong size despite me showing pictures of it still sticking up without the wig being worn.

the advice I was given is that I should instead use the sticky tabs or wig glue to ensure it stays flat but the whole reason I bought this wig was because it was advertised as glueless.

Now I have to pay additional money to return it even though it is not my fault and due to a fault with the product, which means that I've paid for delivery, hidden shipping taxes and now return postage without receiving a usable product.

I would here despite their prices being higher than other sellers because previously the experience has been better - but this has been really disappointing.

Bad experience, low quality, bad smell

I bought a wig for over 300$ because I saw many good reviews on YouTube.
Unfortunately, the wig I revived looked nothing like the picture.
That wasn’t even the worst, the wig is poor quality and the smell is strong (not in a good way). Even after washing the wig, the smell is still clearly there.
I’m really disappointed that I lost so much money, and I can throw it in the trash.

Another Victim Who Has Been Scammed

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is fraudulent. They advertise beautiful wigs on their website and send quality units to influencers to review on Youtube. However the units that they ship to customers are nothing like those that are pictured. It is a scam and the influencers are in on it. I purchased what I thought was a beautiful auburn bob and spent $150. The unit delivered was complete, raggedy trash. It had short, brittle hairs at the top, scraggly ends, etc). Honestly it look like they skinned an animal and used the fur to make the wig. And they have the nerve to claim that it is %100 human like we are stupid.

I was told by customer service that the short brittle hairs are unavoidable due to the craftsmanship of the wig (which is a complete lie), and that it can be fixed using some hair tamer. I own several lace front units that do not have random short hairs sticking out. My cheap $30 synthetic looks better than this.

I requested and refund and was told that I would have to pay for the return label which is absolutely unacceptable. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

BEWARE

I usually order from RPG Show whom I realize they are affiliated with. Saw this on My First Wig and thought it was cute. Received this mess last night First of all they sent it with the lace cut which I would never order since I install my units with the lace attached before I cut the lace. I requested a right side part and 10 inches all the way around…only if I put the part in the middle will it be 10 inches and I don’t wear middle parts… the cap is huge and the straps can’t even make that comfortable to wear. I requested pre plucked and lightly bleached…NOTHING!!!! I want to return this mess but suspect that they cut the lace without my consent so that they can say that it’s is not returnable…I will continue to push this by any means necessary…they are gonna take this mess back…BEWARE!!!!

I'm really glad to update that MFW got back to me first thing Monday morning (26/08/24) and explained the reason for the delay in contacting me. They swift dealt with my cancellation that same day- customer service was great

I love the prestyle and the way the…

I love the prestyle and the way the lace melts. This is definitely a straight out of the box wig. The density is perfect. There's absolutely no shedding which is a huge plus for me. I've ordered another unit since this purchase. I'm a bob girl, therefore I'll be purchasing more units. I love the customer service. (I give you a five stars).
