My two toy shi-tzus were so excited with their new bed. At first they thought it might be a toy but soon settled in and love there is enough room to sleep together.

My dog loves his bed! It did not take long to receive the bed and it looks nicer than most of the ones you find in the store.

Also ich finde dieses Hundebett unglaublich. Ich dachte, es sei ein FAKE...klang ja wirklich unglaublich...dann fasste ich mir ein Herz und bestellte das Hundebett. Mein Hund liegt seitdem nur mehr in diesem Bett!!!! Er ist TOTAL ENTSPANNT, obwohl er sonst ein Nervenbündel ist. Es scheint ihn wirklich zu beruhigen....gleich nach der ersten Nacht, passierte etwas unglaubliches...er ging da lang wo er vor einem Jahr einen Autounfall hatte und sich seitdem weigerte da lang zu gehen....er war total selbstbewusst und entspannt - wirklich höchst erstaunlich...Ich weiss nicht wie das alles funktioniert, aber es funktioniert wirklich...Kann das mit Fotos belegen.

Besides being a great product, their customer service is great too. I wasn't advised my order of two items would be shipped separately, the second arriving about 5 days after the first. I contacted customer service about only receiving one item, they replied within a few days and clarified the matter.

I am absolutely shocked. Terrible quality, the fabric it is made out of is transparent, that's how thin and flimsy it is. I've had the item for two days, the filling is coming out of it already. It says it can be washed, there is absolutely no way this product would even withstand one wash in the washing machine. Absolute waste of money.

Good quality dog bed, carefully packaged with washing instructions. Item as described.

Easy to order, we ordered the large dog bed in grey but theres a good selection of sizes and colours, it also arrived sooner than expected

My Izzy loves her new bed. She weighs 75 pounds and fits comfortably on the XL. The color was as expected and matched the decor.

The shipping was very slow. But when I opened the package, my dogs would not let it expand before all three climbed in the bed. They loved the smell when I removed it from the package they could not wait for me to put it on the floor. It is very shaggy and soft. The longer it is on the floor and the dogs play on it, it gets more fluffy. I got the medium size for my beagle and the large size for my basset hound. There is plenty of room for them to share the bed. The blue is a very nice color that goes well with my room.

Purchased a dog bed from them. It is terrible quality, nothing like the photos. Also the medium size for a medium size dog is very small, my dog hates it. It’s synthetic, thin and generally useless. The return policy is not to send it back to the return address in the UK but for you to pay for shipping back to the USA to get a refund. They offer you 15% money back and after much arguing they offered me 25%. Unacceptable and dreadful company with rubbish products

ein Stern ist noch zu viel, das Unternehmen wirbt mit: Muskel und Gelenkschmerzen werden gelindert. Wohl kaum, wenn der Hund direkt am harten Boden liegt, denn das Innenleben des Hundebettes ist kaum gepolstert. Alle Betrug, man bot mir 15% des Kaufpreises als Entschädigung an und die Info wie ich es zurückschicken kann, da ja das Bett nicht meinen Erwartungen entspricht, dabei entspricht es nicht den Versprechungen die, diese Firma macht.

La qualité du produit est déplorable.
Le lit a été troué dès le premier lavage (à 30° en machine). Après 6 mois et 2 autres lavages, le lit est juste bon à mettre à la poubelle.
Contacté, le vendeur refuse de remplacer le produit et propose juste un rabais sur une nouvelle commande. Comme si on allait racheter un produit défectueux ! Ces gens sont simplement malhonnêtes.

I purchased a bed for my dog and am very disappointed with it the bed base which the dog lies on is very thin so with the weight of the dog there is next to no padding between the dog and the floor and as it wasnt particularly inexpensive I am not happy and I cant expect my dog to lie on it as he is old and arthritic.
