Jeg læste nogle meget negative anmeldelser om MyFujifilm, men min oplevelse var helt anderledes – og virkelig positiv.

Jeg bestilte en række billeder, og de blev leveret hurtigt, langt før den angivne deadline. Alle billederne var i flot kvalitet og præcis som forventet – eller bedre! Jeg er meget tilfreds med både servicen og resultatet.

Tak for det hurtige og flotte arbejde – jeg vil helt klart bestille igen og kan varmt anbefale MyFujifilm.

Two orders out of four went missing - one has been reprinted the other still not. Their orders numbers do not relate to book titles so it becomes very confusing. Shame, their product is actually good. Customer service is lacking. Wish I'd seen their abysmal ratings here before ordering.

Truly awful customer service, I placed an order more than a month ago and have not received an update and the MyFujiFilm team have since been ignoring proceeding emails regarding this. I spent a host of time on this photo project as a gift and the last email I received indicated that they were not even aware of the order. My money is still with them and I will be looking at contacting trading standards regarding this to attempt to retrieve what I paid.

My project was deleted WITHOUT Notification before the stated 30 day deletion deadline. I spend hours and hours on a special photobook only to discover that after Christmas my project was deleted. I contacted customer service and they can not even recover it. So poor!

They sent the wrong stuff and it is just before Christmas. They do not offer any compensation and they want us to send back the wrong stuff before they send us the new, which means we will have to wait even longer. Then they whant us to take pictures of everything to prove their mistake!!!! It is really bad customer service and you do not get any support!!! I do not trust them at all, I will never order from them again, ever!!!! They take no accountability for their mistakes, they let the customer take all the responsibility and consequences!

Spent hours uploading pictures and setting up 2 photobooks and was waiting for someone to send me another image for inclusion before ordering. When I logged back in to do this I discovered they had deleted the photobooks and the images I had uploaded. After using the website contact form twice I finally received a reply stating they delete projects after 30 days! Nowhere did i see this on the website and they didn't even email any kind of a warning. I don't have this issue with other companies offering a similar service so I will not be using them again if they don't resolve this. Appalling level of customer service.

Incorrect order and ignoring my emails. No contact number available.

I placed an order with myfujifilm.co.uk on 9th January for 21 photos. The photos were special to my mother and she was looking forward to having physical copies of the photos. I received NO e-mail since the date I ordered to tell me if or when my order was being dispatched. I received NO updates at all.

I contacted their customer service department to ask for an update regarding my order. The woman on the phone told me they do not handle these problems and gave me an e-mail instead? I'm not sure what the point of the customer service phone number is if they can't even do some basic item tracking!

I e-mailed MULTIPLE e-mail addresses belonging to myfujifilm.co.uk and I have not received a SINGLE response from them. The service from this site is absolutely awful. Do not be fooled by all the positive reviews. I have since claimed a refund from PayPal.

I will not be returning and will warn others not to either.

Excellent quality enlargements which were received the day after ordering. I will definitely use them again.

My photos arrived quickly, super quality. Very happy I decided to use Fujifilm.

Har flera riktigt dåliga upplevelser med fujidirekt nu. Gillar vissa format de har, så har återkommit trots att jag haft problem, men nu var det sista gången. Kvaliteten på bilderna går inte att lita på, jag har framförallt haft problem med svartvita bilder och generellt deras funktion autokorrigering, där man inte ens kan granska innan beställning.
Nu senast köpte jag julkort som blev helt oanvändbara då de kom fram dagen innan julafton och alltså hade noll chans att nå fram till släkt och vänner i tid. Gjorde beställning 12 dec, fick bekräftad produktion och att frakt var bokad strax därefter men sedan fastnade de hos Postnord. Deras kundtjänst förstod inte överhuvudtaget utmaningen eller varför jag inte var nöjd... Utan förståelse kommer det inte bli någon bättring.

I decided to try myfujifilm for printing my son's school photos. The prints are fantastic quality, great colour, perfect detail. They arrived quickly and very well packaged. The pricing is good value for money. I tried them following a very depressing experience with Snapfish (yellow prints, black blotches in eyes, horrible customer service) and I'm so glad I did. I'll be using Fujifilm going forward!
