Very good company to deal with

I took the insurance out on my bench dining table and the benches have been damaged by my pet. All I want is a replacement which they said is no longer available so I told them I would accept a different one which they declined instead offered me £100 what a joke that wouldn't even get it recovered so I refused, still waiting.

Has been declined on basics the sofa was mis-handled rather than accidental damage by a child.

I have purchased £240 protection cover and absolutely shamless to avoid an eligable claim.
