Résolu mon problème rapidement

I never once use this product at all I was filling out for this iPhone 15 and once I got done it take me to a hold another page talking about hair product and from there I know this was for sure A scam and absolutely A scamming after I done pay my money for the phone to get shipout for me... I even had talked to a chat agency about the issue and showed them screenshots and everything, and the Act as Search he didn't know what I was saying or what I was trying to explain to him.

Je me suis abonnée par erreur et des frais m'ont été facturés. Lorsque je m'en suis aperçu j'ai tout de suite annulé mon abonnement et demandé un remboursement. Une charmante personne nommée KENNY s'est occupée de mon dossier d'une façon remarquable et professionnelle. Je le remercie vraiment. Et surtout très bonne continuité dans votre excellent travail.

La compagnie m'a offert un très bon service et ce en tout temps. Elle ne m'a nullement posée de questions sur mon annulation d'abonnement. Chose que j'apprécie d'autant plus. Tout s'est effectué dans le respect et la discrétion. Merci énormément pour votre service

The company is a scam. The way they advertised and trick you to pay for some surprise even/ prize but was not very clear that they are charging your credit card weekly.
However, the customer service was great, Kai helped me out and was very helpful.
