I use your product twice a day for my…

I use your product twice a day for my neuropathy and it gives me relief which makes very happy. The only negitive reponse is that I have 8 jars of your product and I do not need anymore for a while. I have sent you emails twice and asked if I could postponed delivery of your product and you keep sending me a jar at a time, Again please ho;d off on my deliveries until I call you and request more, Thank you

Sends and bills for extra products

Sends and bills for extra products. When return and request refunds as per their website, you don't get it inspite of returning the product and refusing the shipment after I have requested a cancelation from March when I was charged over $500 for 6 bottles, then sent a bunch of other junk and charged the ridiculous amount. Tried to cancel it right away but have been sent and charged $110 a month since March when I was charged over $500 total to date is over $849.44. I returned the product now give me back my money!!!

We'd like to respectfully clarify that MyHiRelief does not intentionally send or bill customers for products that were not selected. Subscription orders and promotional offers are presented during checkout, and our support team is available to assist with any questions regarding billing, cancellations, or returns.

However, I confirm you’ve filed a chargeback with PayPal. This matter is now under their investigation and outside our direct control. While the process is ongoing, we cannot issue a direct refund.

Please work directly with PayPal via their Resolution Center or support team for updates and next steps. We will fully cooperate with their inquiry, monitor the case, and update you once a final decision is reached.

Changed my mind

After dealing with this company and their customer service I have changed my review. They listened and heard me. I really appreciate the time they took to resolve my individual issues. The product is wonderful, I use everynight and have only seen positive results.

While the results were not as good as…

While the results were not as good as expected for the numbness in my feet it was better than expected for my knees and back and neck and shoulders. I am still hoping for more improvement in my feet.Also shipping is prompt.I will use the six I have and and hope.

The product is very good

The product is very good. It did relieve some of my husband’s back pain and my feet pain. It is also a very nice smell therefore you are not concerned about putting some on and walking around smelling like a walking tube of A535. 😉😂

The magnesium cream is pretty good for helping with my back and hip pain.
Do have to apply 2 times or 3 if really hurting but does
Help with the pain.
Would recommend!
