My Homebuyers Opiniões

Great company, we needed a quick sale as our sale had fallen through with our local agent. My Homebuyers completed on our sale within 3 weeks and accommodated all of our needs on the day we moved. Highly recommended!

Great company, highly recommended!

We found our sale to be extremely straightforward and hassle free. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend My Homebuyers to anyone looking for a fast sale.

I was very happy with the advice given. Whilst they could not assist me (very niche property) they recommended and referred me to another company.and suggested other avenues for my sale. Kelvin was extremely upfront and helpful with his guidance on using a cash buying company and what to expect. Would recommend 100%.

The service from Home Buyers was excellent. Kelvin supported the process from start to finish and if he said he was going to do something, have every confidence, that’s exactly what he did. Very professional company and would not hesitate recommending to anyone who requires a quick and professional service.

Would recommend my homebuyers to anyone! Fab service and kelvin is brilliant

I would be very happy to recommend My Homebuyers, my experience with them was professional and stress free. I was helping my elderly mum to sell her house to move into more suitable accommodation. Kelvin was very honest and clear every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. The price I was offered at the beginning was the price on got on the day of the sale and at no time did I feel pressured or hassled into any decision. Using the company really helped a very stressful time be a little less stressful!

If you are looking for a fast sale of your property, I can highly recommend My Homebuyers. Kelvin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and helpful throughout the whole process. Our sale was complicated (on our side) but thanks to Kelvin and his expertise, the process was dealt with quickly and efficiently. A massive thank you to Kelvin and his team for helping us resolve our tricky situation in such a short period of time.

AFTER A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH A USELESS INCOMPETENT ESTATE AGENT, I WAS WARY AT FIRST USING A PROPERTY BUYING COMPANY. AS HAD 2 VERY NEGATIVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES WITH SOME, BACK IN THE 00'S.
TIME WAS OF THE ESSENCE , DUE TO Failing HEALTH AND A LOT OF HEALTH RELATED ISSUES.
I SEARCHED Google AND READ THE 59 REVIEWS.
I THOUGHT, WE HADN'T Anything TO LOSE , AND EVERYTHING TO GAIN.

FROM THE MINUTE I PICKED UP THE PHONE, KELVIN WAS A FANTASTIC LISTENER, AND VERY SUPPORTIVE , REASSURING AND POSITIVE FROM THE GET GO.

***EVERYTHING HE SAID WOULD HAPPEN, DID HAPPEN***, AT EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS, HE WAS CONTACTABLE AND LISTENED IF I HAD ANY DOUBTS, RELATED TO MOVING.
KELVIN HAS A REALLY Calm SOOTHING AURA, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND MY HOMEBUYERS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A HASSLE FREE FAST SALE, USING A COMPANY THAT DELIVERS ON THEIR PROMISES, AND PAYS £750 TOWARDS LEGAL FEES AS WELL.
I HAVE MOVED HOUSE OVER 40 TIMES, AND HAVE SEEN PLENTY OF HOUSE SHARKS WAITING TO LEAD VICTIMS UP THE GARDEN PATH, AND NOT SEE A SALE THROUGH FROM START TO FINISH.
MY HOMEBUYERS IS A UNIQUE SURE FAST WAY TO SELL.
EVEN THOUGH I AM RESTING AT PRESENT, WHEN I MAKE MY FINAL PURCHASE,( A Definite COSTAL Move) .
I Would contact Kelvin again.
THIS IS A GENUINE UP TO DATE REVIEW FROM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

I can’t praise Myhomebuyers enough. Kelvin was so understanding and professional. The whole process was really quick and straightforward thanks to him. I would highly recommend this company if you need to sell your property quickly. Many thanks for everything!

I new from the start how the property buying companies worked. Owner Kelvin was very easy to lias, with , honest and frank as to the outcome of the deal.Allthough i like conversing face to face,i found kelvin pleasant and easy to talk to on the telephone. If you find yourself in need of a homebuyer give My Homebuyers a call you will be surprised with the result Regards Martin

I would definitely recommend. They are a amazing team. Kelvin helped us so much. Don’t no how we would of got through everything without his help. A massive thank you from Pauline and Hollie.

Communication from the beginning was excellent. If the dedicated person was not available, message was taken & responses were quick. I felt that he was working for me & sympathetic. It was all very professionally done & guided through all the necessary requirements. Thank you

Super communication and an effortless transaction. I researched a lot of companies prior to making my choice and I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Fabulous!

Absolutely fantastic service. Kelvin was open and honest from the start, supported us every inch of the way from offer to completion.
Great communication and would definitely recommend.

An excellent service from start to finish from Kelvin. I was kept upto date during the whole process and also had the added advantage of speaking to the buyer, which helped smooth the process. Would highly recommend

Just had a chat with Kelvin. As others have said, he was open, honest and the process is not for us. Even though we cannot do it this way, after a chat with Kelvin I would have gone ahead had the amount been right for us.

Very informative, upfront and helpful conversation held with this company regarding their buying process. Professional staff that took time to explain how things worked. Thank you.

We are extremely happy with My Homebuyers process in particular the service by Kelvin. Our house sale had fallen through twice and we were desperate not to lose our ongoing purchase so we contacted My Homebuyers. From our very first call through to the day of completion it was extremely straightforward and stress free which was a breath of fresh air considering what we had just been through. The offer from My Homebuyers was less than if we had gone back on the market, but it was worth every penny to us to not lose our dream home and have to start all over again.
We have already recommended My Homebuyers to a work colleague who’s just lost their buyers too. Huge thank you to Kelvin & team, highly recommended!

Kalven was so very honest and helpful although there was nothing they could do. He gave me so much advice.
