I sent in a Seiko vintage watch for repair because the crown would not pull out the second "click" to set the time. Although the watch kept perfect time, I was told they could not repair it because they were unable to source a replacement movement. I took it to my local jewelry store that has a watchmaker who fixed it by applying silicone to lubricate the stem. I was charged $15 and it works flawlessly. This place obviously doesn't know how to fix watches!

I am so disappointed in this company. Here is my story. I had a vintage IWC Caliber 89 and I needed the dial replaced. The technician did a good job replacing the dial, but when I received the watch back, I could no longer wind the watch. You could set the time, but could not push in the crown in order to wind the watch. It is a manual watch so it is now rendered useless to me to tell the time. You could wind the watch when I originally sent it to myjewelrepair.com. They told me to send it in again and they would make it right. Then I got an expensive repair bill to have it fixed. My frame of reference here is to always receive a watch back in as good a condition as it was when originally sent. I am moving on to have this done at a local watch shop that I trust.

The cap on my Bohem Mount Blanc when posted did not line up with the nib. Which in and of itself is not a big issue until you want to write with the pen. But the estimate was very reasonable and since they came recommended from the Mount Blanc website I gave them a try. The pen was repaired and returned within two weeks of paying the fee. Very pleased.

I sent a watch in for repair. I started the order on May 08, 2026. On May 18th, 2026 I received a notification that the watch was received. May 19th 2026 another email stating that they started the repair but were waiting on parts. Two more months went by with no update. I sent them a message asking about my watch. They told me they were still waiting on parts. This is a Citizen which is a very common watch. Not a Rolex or anything fancy. The watch cost about $300 brand new but had a custom engraving on it. I paid $300 to have the watch repaired by this company. I was willing to pay due to the sentimental value of the watch. About two weeks later (now 3 1/2 months in) I sent an email to refund me and to return the watch if it was going to be much longer before it was repaired. I received a response on 08/26/26 saying that they are going to refund me by check and that they will ship the watch back when they can. I will wait to see how long it takes to get my watch back and to see if the check clears when I cash it. Depending on this upcoming experiences I will add to this review.

I sent My Jewelry Repair a Montblanc Meisterstruck 145 sized piston pen for repair. The ink was not feeding and I suspected a new piston was needed. They returned a 114 sized pen with no piston. When I contacted them about the mix up they said they sent back the same pen they received. But the pen I received was thinner and had no piston in it. I paid $100 for a repair. They suggested I buy a new piston and sent me a link to purchase one.

1. The pen they returned was not the pen I sent.
2. If I paid for a piston repair why did they send me a pen with no piston and then tell me I can purchase a new piston if I wanted? How is that even a "repair"?

My suspicion is that they switched the 25+ year gifted heirloom I sent them, worth over $1000, sent me a newer, slimmer, model (new pens of this type are $%00-$600) in its place in order to steal the one I sent, and charged me $100 for the privilege.

They did a great job repairing my Mont Blanc mechanical pencil. They were very quick.
There was a glitch with receiving emails but when I phoned they could not have been better.

Sent in a pen for service and authentication. We sent a quote to complete the service once the pen had arrived. I assumed the pen was authentic as they sent me a picture of it and quoted me for the work. A few days later, I received a refund, but no explanation of why. I called and was told the pen was not authentic, which was fine but it would’ve been nice if they had contacted me to let me know instead of me having to call them. I asked for proof so that I could show the seller and receive a refund.They sent an email and explanation with a picture that was helpful. However, this is where they went downhill. I had to call three times to get the watch sent back to me and was always told it would be going out that day or the next. After that, I was told that it would go out on the day that I called – they created a label but still have not sent it. They have now had the pen for six working days since saying it would be sent back and I have already paid for the return shipping.

I am pleased with their service and communications, but would never again accept delivery by UPS, which provides poor service, especially for items needing signatures. UPS only exists to make the USPS look good.

Sent my Mont Blanc pen via a UPS shipping label that I paid for the insurance on paid my jewelry Repair printed off the label sent it they received. It said that it had been lost now they won’t return my call. They’re the shipper. I can’t deal with UPS because I’m not the shipper. Nobody will call me back. If I were you, I would never send any kind of jewelry to this crap operation.

This is an outstanding company from a customer relations standpoint. I contacted them to resize my class ring. Unfortunately, for me, they weren't able to do the resizing. However, initially they sent me a prepaid shipping label for me to send them my ring. When it came to returning my ring, I was not charged anything for the return shipping. So, bottom line, it cost me nothing to have my ring shipped, examined and returned. Should the need arise, I will not hesitate to do business with them again.
