Very happy with Juniper !


I’ve just finished the Juniper program and lost 12 kilos. My energy is through the roof and I feel confident and in control again. The medical support, easy app, and health coach made everything manageable and sustainable.
I loved how personalised it felt with regular check-ins that kept me accountable without pressure.
One small suggestion: a dedicated “maintenance module” would make transitioning to long-term success even smoother.

My experience has been mostly positive

My experience has been mostly positive. On two occasions my medication was not going to arrive on time and I had to borrow from my sister to inject on time and pay her back when mine arrived. As I regularly visit my GP for other concerns and check ups, I have recently connected with him for my mounjaro scripts. He, like Juniper, is encouraging me in my protein diet and collagen product for my slight hair thinning. I thank Juniper for starting me on this process and helping me to understand a life changing, easy to maintain regime for my body.

I was really surprised I’d lost some…

I was really surprised I’d lost some weight in the first month. I’m a very sceptical person so to see this actually works was fantastic. I haven’t changed anything I do day to day but I don’t feel as hungry as I used to. Can’t wait to see next month’s results

Helpful & Enjoyable.

The process of application and prescription is both seamless and minimally invasive. Postage is discreet. The app is quite well designed. Interface is easy to interact with. The ai bots used for instantaneous replies in the help sections are noticeable but not irritating. The wait time on hearing from an actual human is reasonable. I’ve had issues with the postage company but Juniper’s compensations were timely and satisfactory. It is definitely more expensive than the Dr route but far more supportive.

Give it a go

I started journey with Juniper 5 weeks ago . I am 65 year old female so naturally I was a little dubious. I can be a bit spontaneous and that’s how I started . I am 68 kilos and 5 ft , always been 58 kilos till I retired . Although I’m still active with busy life with grand children I couldn’t shift extra weight and although only 10 kilos I felt every pond . Tried so many diets but nothing helped . So I simply picked iPad up got in contact with juniper and with in 3 days had my first 4 weeks supply , I’ve lost 4 kilos and not much side effects but my appetite was certainly suppressed, when I did eat I’ve made sure I get proteins and vitamins I require and lots of fluids . I hoping I’ll reach goal in other 4 mnths . I have no regrets at all .

Two months in and I'm enjoying the…

Two months in and I'm enjoying the results from this program so far. It's been easy to follow the instructions and the treament is working really well. 7kg less and looking forward to kicking off the rest!

Anonymity & care

I like the anonymity and not having to visit a doctor in person. The app is helpful and interactive. The team are caring, I feel looked after and they are always available. Plus the product has worked well for me.

I would highly recommend Juniper for…communication and support

I would highly recommend Juniper for anyone that wants to loose weight. I have lost 16kg so far and feel supported with Juniper to reach my goal weight. I have always struggled with weight and this has caused a number of health issues, but when I spoke to my Doctors they just wouldn't listen. Juniper did not judge my choices, they have always been available to answer all my questions and checked in to make sure any side effects were dealt with. The support is worth the extra cost. Thank you.

It’s expensive but it’s the best

It’s expensive but it’s the best. I have zero regrets. I tried everything and this is the only thing that actually works. I’m still on it but off other medications so it’s not a big deal to me at all. I’d rather be on this and feeling amazing and looking amazing than on blood pressure medications and not feeling and looking amazing.

Life changing steps to the new/old me!!!

Choosing Juniper has been a life changing decision for me. Having lost nearly 20kg on my journey, and nearly at my goal weight, the changes I have noticed on the scales are only a small part of my successes! My clothes fit better, Ive gone from a 14-16 to a 10-12, mu menopause symptoms have improved, my inflammation and joint pain have reduced. I’m more confident and feel like myself again for the first time in years.

I don’t think I could have achieved this without the support from Juniper. The doctors, coaches and Juniper community have made this journey so much easier to navigate. With their help I have changed my exercise, diet, protein and water intake and feel positive about maintaining this.

If you are even mildly considering taking this journey- I highly recommend taking it with Junipers support rather than going it alone just going through your regular GP. It may cost slightly more, but it’s an investment in your health and self worth.

Shipping confusion led to double charging

If I can opt not to give a star, I would. Juniper has been confused with my order. Instead of contacting me to clarify, they shipped out 2 pens and double charged me without checking. This is not the first time they stuff up my order. The customer service support does not seem to have the desire to understand and resolve my issue. Instead they kept teaching me how to store the additional pen. It is very frustrating.

My experience on Wagovy

Great experience. I reached my goal weight in 9 months on Wagovy. I’ve dropped from 1.7mgs to 1mg as a maintenance and so far have kept it off (4mths). It has been a great aid to my weight loss. The only negative is the cost. It does get expensive. You feel so much better in yourself so it’s definitely worth it.
