Rude Customer Service.
First purchase went well , that’s where it ends . Understand the Christmas timeframe’s but Poor and shocking customer service, argumentative and unhelpful. Bought and paid for several items, tracking doesn’t show anything, still waiting . I have 5 orders pending and will be my last. Highly recommend other buyers to avoid the hassle and rude customer service.

Hi Dale, the chip shortage is certainly playing havoc with supply times for gaming consoles. We are starting to see a dribble of stock coming in, but timeframes for the majority is still unknown. To discuss your order more specifically please shoot through an email or give us a call and we can look into it further for you.

You do prity good, but why can't do layby as you us? Let some of the other places do. Or layby and send the the person after so many payment has been pay.

Hi Les, thank you for your feedback. MyLayby is a traditional layby service so orders are not shipped until the completion of your desired payment plan. The introduction of buy now pay later structure would require credit checks which we understand the majority of our customer prefer not to engage with.
With there being many buy now pay later retailers in the market already, we prefer to stay as a traditional layby service to offer an alternative.
