Aussie company front with drop shipping from China. I paid extra hoping for a quality outerwear. The piece arrived already frayed with the material coming apart by touching it. Not even sure if it can survive its first wash.
If you want cheap, disposable quality buy directly from temu versus up-marked by "Aussie family owned company".

The clothes came directly from China…
The clothes came directly from China and took soooo long, I still have only received half the order. If i wanted this quality I should of ordered from Temu as they would of been a third of the price. Very disappointing. Have asked for a refund but I have to pay the postage back to Australia.

We are a small Australian family owned company, based in Sydney. We stock over 40 Australian Brands, all of which are shipped from here in Australia. We also print our own Label, MLW-By Design, here in Sydney. We do have some items that are shipped from our overseas warehouse as well. These products are carefully selected, and we work hard to ensure they are the same or better quality as similarly priced items on the market.

Temu quality
The quality of the item was poor and didn’t even have a composition tag!
If you are happy with it for your own child that’s fine but I wouldn’t want to gift this item as it looks like it came straight from Temu and it was obvious as soon as I touched the bag in the mailbox.
I would however be able to return for a refund or 110% credit.
However it is too late as it WAS a gift and also i don’t want to be out of pocket for shipping.

Quality was similar to items off shein or temu. No tags, very thin material and some cotton stitching was coming off.

I wouldn't purchase from this company…
I wouldn't purchase from this company ever again have waited 7 weeks for an order to he told that it was sent back all because they couldn't work out my address was a lock box. No contact number to call and their emails are so lagged. Will never order from this company ever and will make it known to people. All my orders go to my lock box at the post office. Worst company I have ever ordered from don't ever order from My little Wardrobe 🙃 highy recommend cracked Soda thr quality is next level and price is reasonable.

I am disheartened to read this review as I had communicated back and forth with you for weeks to try to assist you in sorting out the undeliverable address you had used in your order. The address you used was just an email address followed by a street number, so the courier used could not have known that email address corresponded to a lock-box. When the courier confirmed that your address was not able to be delivered to, we changed the address to another physical address that you provided when I made you aware of the issue, and refunded you for the items that could not be delivered.
I am really saddened to see that you have posted this review designed to cause damage to our brand.

Poor quality clothing- nothing like it…
Poor quality clothing- nothing like it looks online. Not Australian. No labels.. Takes forever to be shipped ( straight from China I’m presuming ) No update on shipping , no communication. Don’t waste your time!

Poor delivery time
This company claims to be Australian but are not. I ordered a Christmas present for my granddaughter on the 5th December. It is 2 weeks later and the item has still not left China. I understand Christmas means perhaps a bit slower than their promised shipped within 1 - 3 days but not 2 weeks later and still in China. Requested a refund but have been told no, as it has supposedly been shipped.

We do try our hardest to ensure all orders arrive in as timely a manner as possible and withing our estimated delivery timeframes. Sadly this can be affected by large volume sales we run, or holiday periods when post can slow down. We do note this possibility in the shipping information on our website.

Don't purchase from here
This company claims they are based in Australia, but their items are shipped from China. Took over 2 weeks for delivery and the items arrived late for the intended event. The items looked cheap and made out of poor materials, I wish I never ordered in the first place.

Disappointing service
Disappointing service. Thought I was supporting an Australian business in a bigger way.
I contacted them after ordering and confirmed they are based in Australia but was told they have some ‘budget items’ that are shipped from overseas warehouses.
Shipping took over 2 weeks to arrived which they claimed is due to sales being on.
I was disappointed in the quality of my item which was ‘Drop Shipped’ from China. It’s cost me $21 for one baby onesie ($30 including shipping.)
Once I realised the item was not going to make it in time for my event, I reverse image searched the photo. I bought the EXACT same item for $7 including postage from Alibaba (also shipped from China) and it arrived faster than the My Little Wardrobe order.
I did request a refund before my item was shipped, but this was not able to be accommodated.
Perhaps they do stock items of better quality or located in Australia. But unfortunately the one item I purchased from them was not one of these.
If I was to purchase from them again I would find out before ordering where the order was coming from. I would have not purchased knowing it was Drop Shipped from overseas.

I have brought so many clothes from this team, my good gosh, the quality, the care in packaging, the prompt post!

I had such a great experience with My…
I had such a great experience with My Little Waldrobe! They truly went above and beyond for my order. They noticed I had accidentally selected the wrong size and took the time to email me and double-check, rather than just sending it out. That level of care and attention to detail is so rare these days.
The quality of the clothes is amazing, super soft, warm, and perfect for my little one. On top of that, they did an excellent job with my son’s personalized basketball. The engraving with his name came out perfectly and made it extra special.
Highly recommend My Little Waldrobe to anyone looking for thoughtful service and high-quality kids items. Great people and a great company.
