Just image search the clothing and you can see it's from shein. It's cheap baby clothing from Shien. It's so dumb to lie with reverse image search at our finger tips. Absolute scam.

Very disappointed as I thought I was getting a better product as Australian company. When product arrived I noticed it was in similar package to temu. Looked up temu and had same clothes on site and it was far cheaper. Would not recommend

Misleading and unable to fulfil orders in full
Firstly, they told the courier to leave the parcel “in a safe place” even though I never asked for this. The parcel was abandoned on the front doorstep and stolen. They refused to refund and told me to take it up with the police. I ultimately had to go to my credit card company and they reversed the charge. Zero cares were given and zero responsibility taken for the parcel not being delivered in accordance with my instructions.
Secondly, I found these people to be extremely difficult to deal with. Indeed, after positing my original review, they went as far as to claim that my review was defamatory (simply because it gave my opinion of them based off my own experience). This act alone evidences how the company tries to silence bad reviews.
Thirdly, the company initially couldn’t fulfil my order promptly (more than two weeks passed with nothing being dispatched) and then when they were asked to cancel the order they dispatched half the goods to try and prevent me cancelling (as mentioned above these goods were then abandoned on the doorstep and stolen).
I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them as they clearly have stock and delivery issues, don’t take accountability for failing to deliver goods (when stolen), and not to mention the self serving nature of their staff is questionable.
In response to their response below, I said the entire purchase needed to be shipped or the order cancelled. So you shipped half of it and said the remainder would be shipped once available in the warehouse. Even your response is misleading!

Very disappointed with the lack of care…
Very disappointed with the lack of care for packaging. My order arrived in a courier bag, with nothing else to protect my garment from any possible damages. There was no packing slip or any form of receipt in my package. I am also extremely confused on where these garments are sourced from, as I was under the impression I was supporting an Australian brand however all my tracking info is based in china. Will not be shipping here again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry you are not happy with how we package out items. Having been around for 9 years we have also used courier bags for our items (like most clothing brands). We try to avoid packing slips or receipts for additional unnecessary waste in the package.
We are not sure how you are confused as to where some of our items come from as you reached out via Instagram and asked this and we answered. We are an Australian owned and run family business however like most fashion businesses items are sourced and/or made overseas in places like China, Bangladesh, India etc.
If you were looking for Australian made or hand made items, we do have a collection on our website for this.
We trust this clears up any confusion.

Very disappointed with the quality of the items the packaging and communication with team members, overall I waited almost 2 weeks before receiving any confirmation email about my items. A few days later I receive an email that items were being delivered then the very next day I recieve another email saying there's been a delay on my items. Finally after waiting almost 3 weeks in total, i receive a final email saying part of my order has been delivered. Which I received today March 3rd 2025 (and still awaiting the other part of my order as I write this review) As I have indicated 3 clear reasons not to purchase from this store. 1) The quality of their products/items, clothing are of poor material, rubbish quality if you ask me which will probably do more harm to your babies skin. I also got a couple customized items which were the wrong colour in writing. These items are not worth the price I paid for the 12 items I purchased + shipping and on sale at that.
2) The items are packed in plastic bags like that of TEMU or SHEIN. Or like items/clothing you can purchase from a Chinese dollar store the quality is of very poor nature. 3) Communication was very minimal and could not guarantee a time of delivery or confirmation email, until you contact them first. Then they would respond, days later. Trust me when I say,
Do not waste your time and money purchasing from this store. From one of many, very unsatisfied customer's.

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive our order confirmation, this is automated and is sent as soon as the order has ben created with us. This email can occasionally go to junk mail so I apologise if that happened in your case. Our order confirmation has all the information about our usual turnaround times which would have likely helped to ensure you felt like you knew what was happening with the order.
We do sometimes part ship our orders to ensure that items reach you in as timely a manner as possible. This is why you received one message with tracking details and another about the delay on the remaining items.
I was also sorry to hear that you did not find some of the items you received to be as expected. We work hard to ensure the quality of our products meet or exceed those of similar price on the market. We are happy to accept returns for items you did not feel met your expectations.

Pretty disappointed with the quality of the items feel like they are from Shein and the communication wasn't very good didn't get any emails for 10 days and that was after I emailed them to which the response I found was quite abrupt. Ordered on the 3rd received on the 20th long time to come from Queensland.
