Excellent food, very testy, professional service.

I would recommend staying away from this shop.
First of all i had missing items
Second the meat was in such poor condition ( browned fatty bits and a strong vinegar smell) a clear indicator that the meat was decaying.
After countless emails and calls, 4 weeks and counting, still no reply or answer to my problem.

we have two orders with them, 1st was missing items, t bones was some offcuts. Arrived poorly packed and fully defrosted , meat temperature was over 20 degreece. No responce to any contacts.
Second order placed last weekend was never sent.
phones are switched off, no responce to emails.
Had to fill charge back claims through bank to get money back

I have recently ordered from this place meat was so fresh and delivery was so prompt thanks guys

placed order nearly a month ago still hasn't been delivered, keep delaying it after 23 days of delay they refunded the amount.

Absolutely awful meat. Over priced and smelly! They wouldn't refund what they didn't have in stock and I was then forced to exchange for more of their awful smelly hard rubbery meat! Avoid and stick to more reputable and ethical businesses like saffron valley etc..I wasted £150 on rubbish including £15 delivery

I ordered the 2kg sirloin joint plus 2kg add on for the grand total of £35. It arrived early, was v well packed, super lean and weighed in just under 4.5kg in total. Postage was around £5.99, Very happy, thank you xx
