Started with two bottles a week, then cut down to one as we were not using as much. Weekly invoice amount stayed the same! They then failed to deliver the last bottle, that they had charged for and I had paid for in advance. Really poor organisation and I may have considered starting up deliveries again if they weren’t so disorganised.

Very poor service across the system. I have received items which don't have any expiry date printed on them. Worried and trying to contact them and schedule the call, they wouldn't respond to my calls. All scheduled calls: they just give a single call, and once you answer, they will disconnect straight away. When I call back as an existing customer, that call never goes through and ends up with no response, even after hours on hold. I decided to call pretended as new customer, and they answered straight away. When I ask them why you guys are not answering calls for existing customers, they simply blame your phone and connection issues. And finally, my issue was not resolved; they simply said that no date on the product will be ok to consume. How bad the service is on their end. It is completely ridiculous.

I really dont know what my milkman customer service is. I tried calling my personal milkman, texted. Requested a call back and emailed but still no joy. I blocked my future payments as I never received my order . Very quickly I got a robot request to arrange resetting for payment. Extremely frustrated

There is no easy way to cancel the service - you have to call them (they don't pick up) or schedule a callback (they don't call you). No problems however charging for things not delivered.
Even barring that nightmare of experience from mind, the offer isn't that good - they don't have any local products, only brands one can buy at any supermarket.
It'd be easier and healthier to milk a random cow out in the field than to deal with this service.

Promised delivery a few times, nothing delivered, last week they took €5 out of my bank account. I have blocked them on my bank account. Now everytime I see their post on Facebook I Just put SCAM in the comments section.

Since last October inconsistent delivery of our order despite reaching out many times..however no prob taking full amount for incomplete order many times..cancelling today after a long many years pre dating any app

My new neighbour has signed up for this service and it's terribly unneighbourly. I was woken up at 5:50 on a SATURDAY MORNING, to a man slamming van doors right outside my window, all to deliver product that my neighbour could just as easily buy with the rest of their groceries. PLEASE don't inflict this on your neighbours - it's noisy and a waste of resources.
Update: the latest delivery was even earlier - 4:20am, and like last time, there were several doors slammed (and, no doubt, several neighbours woken up) during the delivery.
I have been in contact online, tried contacting my milkman and am getting no reply.
I was charged randomly for €59.90. I was a customer up till July when I paused my account due to being away from home for 5 weeks. I restarted my account in September but have never received milk. So I’ve never received anything since July. I’ve now had to block them in case any more money is taken.

Awful service. Charged for delivery on 28/9, not having received a delivery since mid July and cancelled my account in mid August. Unable to connect with my milkman. Despite emails and phone calls no response.

Signed as a new customer just last week after a salesman knocked on my door 3 times.
Fine - we need a lot of milk as a family of 5.
Ordered lot's of milk, eggs, juice, etc.
Today was supposed to be my first delivery...
Guess what? Marked as delivered - but nothing actually got delivered.
Tried to call my milkman: Stephen OBrien
Didn't reply to anything. Sent him email and left a message in a mailbox a few hours ago. Still nothing.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
PS: I am cancelling my account - useless service!

Customer service has not yet responded to same request.
Don't waste your time, this company is a hoax, I've never come across a company in Ireland with so much advertising on tube and the internet. I can't believe there allowed to do so. They'll waste your time and are complete disaster. Stay well clear.

In mullingar. Wasn't at my house when he called to try sign us up he called back later rattled the front door out of then troded off before I got to it. Terrible service if that's how you treat someone that you haven't even got their business.
Your driver in nenagh drove in a blocked up a petrol station fuel pump, wasn't getting fuel just to lazy to park in a space and walk to the shop. Blocked customers from getting fuel, ridiculous and just plain lazy he was driving a fully branded my milkman van I have pictures to back up what I'm saying and dash cam
1. Produce always left out by the gate, out of site for home occupants, even after a friendly request to reposition deliveries.
2. Cannot depend on the deliveries as van is often broken somewhere out on the road
3. Company spams the mailbox even after multiple requests for stopping communication.
I advise to stay away from this headache.

Signed my father in law up for the service. Missed deliveries and then showing up as delivered on the app so he's been paying for milk that never came. Customer service email that they've been replying to customers with here never replied to us and then said ticket closed. It's a good idea but seems a complete scam. Avoid.

Terrible experience, delivery didn't show up, said they'd credit my account, didn't, no explanation from the milkman and no reversion from customer service which they're responding to people here asking people to email.

OK a few cons first just so you know what you're getting.
There's a weekly delivery fee, currently at €1.50, but it started at free then went to .50c and it's what it is.
The times (my milkman at least) can be bonkers. Anytime from 1pm the previous day to 2am.
The prices are more expensive than the supermarket. By about 10%-20%.
So why five stars you say? I guess it's the convenience, and the nostalgia. And I guess when you run out of milk you just pop I to the local corner shop where milk is twice the price of the supermarkets, and you never run out of milk.
