Dreadful
Dreadful. Iron on labels didn’t last a day. Emailed the company and got a response mansplaining how to iron. I’ve used this company before and found them great. But this time around the product was useless and customer service no help. No offer of a refund - just more tags. Have heard since from other people that they are having the same issue.

Resposta da My Nametags
Hi Nicola, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you had this experience with us - a lot of the time when iron-ons are falling off it's because the adhesive hasn't been activated properly, which is what our customer service team sent you alone with ensuring you're using the silicone paper and turning the steam function off. We then offer replacements for you to try again. If you'd rather a refund, please reply to the email we sent you earlier this month and we can arrange this.
The My Nametags Team.

100% 5 Stars - Excellent product, excellent presentation and very easy process to order the name tags. Fantastic company and highly recommend. My child had fun choosing her designs and loved them when they arrived. So far all tags have survived the washing machine, dishwasher, dryer and sink! I received a long delivery timeline to allow for delays I expect but I received them within 2/3 days - Excellent company, and I will buy with confidence in my purchases from you in the future. Thank you!!
