Horrible I like a re-shipment they all opened my first order each individual bottle was shrink wrapped

The shipping was super fast

I ordered 10 jars of Windmill Vitamin E Ointment based on the item photo and ingredients. A day later, the website changed the photo to the “new packaging .Not only was the packaging of Windmill products changed, but so did the formula of ingredients in the Ointment which I discovered when the items arrived. I reported this to customer service and was told by 2 people that I could return the 10 jars at my expense . I don’t think I should have to pay the return shipping because it is NOT the product I ordered. I ordered the Ointment that doesn’t contain Petroleum.At least I could have been notified of the addition of Petroleum, snd asked if I wanted that new product. But I was not given the opportunity . It was shipped anyway and now I am expected to pay to return it? Clearly in this instance I should be able send the products back without having to pay shipping. Yesterday I responded to the latest email and stated these facts and have not received an answer. It’s not my fault that I ordered something I don’t want…simply the Windmill company changed the formula and the new product was uploaded AFTER I paid for my order.

This is my third order with the OTC store. Very easy to order and the order status updates are great.

The ordering process, payment method process, and delivery was very simplified and easy to follow instructions. The only negative is the packaging box was badly damaged upon delivery and I believe that occurred during shipping.

I'm not saying this was any fault of your company, however within a day after purchasing I got an email from FedEx stating they had lost my order. Then a day later I got an email I believe it was from myotcstore that it had been rerouted on UPS. Then another day later I was notified that it was in route with USPS. Other than a delay in delivery, the items arrived thankfully undamaged. My very first order however I would give a 5 star review, so I will give it another try. I give you a B+ grade for now.

I missed a whole 6pcs of John freida blue shampoo was missing from my order and 1 extra bottle came in leaking and damaged. I sent a message on the contact link, no response. I emailed the email on website, no response. I called and could not speak with anyone. This brand needs to do better plus you owe me a refund

I bought like 15 cans deodorant sprays, down to my last few cans to my surprise none of them were spraying so I reached out to them complaining about the problem and they said the Company has a 30 day return policy and they would not replace it, so my question is if I needed to try every can when I got the shipment? There service sucks as well as their retail store on 13th Ave. in Brooklyn.

Good value on products. I wish the shipping charges weren't so expensive. 😯
