Poor Customer Service Relations

When UPS dropped off my package this afternoon the box was broken and open and items were missing. 2 × Alba Botanica Natural Acnedote Maximum Strength Face And Body Scrub - 8 Oz 1 × Alba Botanica Hawaiian Coconut Cream Lip Balm, 0.15 Oz Please either send the items or refund me for them thanks.

I called and sent the above message and haven’t received any response.

It all came in a small box and all of my items were wrapped up for protection. I thought it was very professional. Thank You so very much.

Did not get overnight whwn paid for.

I ordered Zan Gan Ling on may twenty first, with overnight shipping costing, forty dollars extra. It just arrived yesterday, which was June. Third obviously no way overnight.
I would like a refund.

This is not my first time making a purchase. The process and delivery time were consistent with my previous purchase. I didn't have any trouble on the site finding any of the items I was looking for. Great place to shop.
