My order was nothing like the picture online. It took along time to get. They never wrote me back when I complained. I wish I could post a picture on here to show everyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would, please be warned, absolute scam of a company. I ordered a set of paintbrushes and a personalised painting, the paint brushes I received but I never received the painting. I contacted them many times and they always argued back even with proof on my end and they refused me a refund on every occasion I asked.
I contacted my bank to open a dispute, After many months I got a refund, but from my amazing bank and NOT the company. They still claimed that the item was delivered, but they are only going off by the paintbrushes being delivered. Please be very carful and open a dispute with your bank if you can! I was very lucky.

Product is not good. Received my paint by number with multiple colors incorrect. For instance the nose on my German Shepherd dog is coded as green. My dog doesn’t have a green nose. I tried multiple times to reach out to them but they completely ignore all emails. Don’t buy!! Not a reputable company.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered something 3 months ago and never received it. I asked for a refund everyday for a month - all my messages were ignored. If they did reply they told me to email them on Facebook. I would email them on Facebook they told me to message them on Instagram. Eventually they stopped responding i went on the Instagram. and i found this help which is760284

3131 i call the company and finally i received my order amount back from My Paint by Numbers Terrible company do not buy from them.

3 months later I still haven't received my painting, only a set of brushes arrived and I'm still arguing with this horrible company. First they told me to wait more time for the canvas to come in because of COVID, 3 months later I'm still telling them it hasn't come in and they refer to the tracking number to show delivery when I have explained for 3 months that only brushes were included in that package. At this point, I give up... It's money lost but I wanted to write this so other people can avoid this scam and horrible customer service. Also to note this is not a US based company, the brushes they sent came from China and has this long thread on the tracking of taking 3 weeks to deliver from when it was sent, which is why I believed them that the canvas was being sent but delayed due to COVID. Now I just think this is another Chinese scam company trying to look like a legit business just to scam people out of their money by providing the worst service for months on end, until you get so burned out you give up on trying to get the product or a refund.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... THIS IS A SCAM

I ordered 3 paintings and 2 of them have missing paints. They never got back to me when I told them so terrible customer service and terrible products!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This is a dropshipping scam.

Ordered a canvas on 5th February and it still hasn't arrived - have received terrible service and now I'm being ignored.

I received my product three months after purchasing it. But now- -almost 6 months later, I have multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card that I am disputing and have not heard back from the company.

The dress also doesn’t look anything like in the picture! there was an item missing and every article of clothing that I did receive was of the poorest quality imaginable. I thought this was an American-based company. The clothes looked like they came from a shady street dealer in a third-world country. The clothing looked nothing like the pictures and was thin, flimsy, terrible material. I wanted to return it, I was looking for the company's help to return this HORRIBLE DRESS THAN I DID RESEARCH ABOUT this company and able to get their HELP which is 8fₒᵤᵣ fᵢᵥₑ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᵗʷᵒ ᵒⁿᵉ seven two four five THE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT WAS GREAT AND THEY FINALLY PROVIDE ME A RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS SO THAT I CAN MAKE A RETURN OF THIS CHEAP LOOKING, GARBAGE DRESS BACK TO THE COMPANY This was the first time I have ever purchased online from this COMPANY Lesson learned. I ordered my picture in November. It is now March 23 and I still haven’t received the picture, a refund, or even a response to the multiple emails I’ve sent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!’

Update: pleasantly surprised to see a refund notification this morning.

I am so angry I got duped by this company. Ordered via a pseudo name of Tech Crafty and purchased $92 worth of merchandise on 2/20/2021, and inquired about my order March 1, 2021. Was given a Tacking number that does not appear in some global tracking system, with the claim that "they are very busy and it may take a while to show up." I have no doubts I'll never see this order and am in the process of disputing with my bank. Furious!!!!!

I was blocked on Facebook after asking for a refund and replacement because I never received one of my packages. The customer service is the worst I’ve experienced by a long shot and I’m not confident I’ll get my $112 back

I ordered from this company 16 months ago. They will take your money but have no intention of sending your order. They send a standard email whenever you contact them. Do not order from this company.

Ive been attempting to contact customer support for 6 weeks due to an issue with my order and no one is responding or helping. One person finally responded after a month but had nothing helpful to say other than sending me a link.

I’m willing to give them another chance if they can actually respond and solve my issue, but I am having no luck as of now.
