Scam!!! Company reportedly is in New York; however, found another address for them in Ontario - 2740 Slough St, Mississauga, ON L4T 1G3, Canada. Would love to bring these people to justice if anyone has any connections in that area that can do a drive past the business. Truly a shame, but let’s unite to prevent others from being taken advantage of!!

It took a month to get this set shipped from China. When I received it one of the paint containers exploded all over the inside of the bag. In addition to that, I have never seen such a confusing configuration for a paint by numbers kit and I have done quite a few. This kit has one set of numbers for the paint and another set of numbers for the actual canvas and you have to translate the paint number color into the number for the canvas. Why on earth would a company do something so convoluted and ridiculous?! Finally, the numbers on the canvas are so small that they look like dots. I have seen small numbers but these are insanely small!! Customer service is AWFUL!! I told them multiple times to refund my money and I have gotten little response. Once I was asked if I wanted them to ship me another. I said no I want a refund. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear from them again. BUYER BEWARE! Buy from a trusted site like Amazon. You will get your kits in a few days and they will make sense and not come damaged.

Ordered May 19th. Did not receive, no response from dozens of emails to there customer service.

Zero stars is not an option, or else that is what I would have rated this "business". I only wish I had read the reviews before placing my order on April 22, 2020. It is now August 11, 2020 and NOTHING Of course my credit card was charged (That is the only action this place has done.). I have emailed asking for the status of my order and NOTHING. Never again.

Would give ZERO stars. Tracking says my package has stalled in China. Ordered in March of 2020...Still nothing. They would not give a refund so I reported to PayPal and they finally refunded me. So many excused and baloney. The order was never mailed.

We placed an order back in April 2020, lots of emails and excuses back and forth, they processed a charge but still no product or refund, that to me is fraudulent credit card theft...

This is a scam. I ordered in April and it's now August - never received order. I did a PayPal dispute, they sent me a tracking number, but I never received the order and I lost $23.94.

Never received my order, have emailed numerous times and no reply. DO NOT ORDER

Update: It’s August 9th and still don’t have my shipment.

Original: July 1: Just like everyone else, keep being told it’s coming. Tracking shows it’s still in China since the end of April. Luckily, I used a CC.

As with the rest this company is a scam.

Warning to those who have bought via PayPal. I escalated it to a dispute (took 10 weeks in total) and on the last day the seller could respond to the PayPal dispute they sent a tracking number. Paypal sided with the seller because apparently four and a half months is a reasonable time to wait for an item to ship. This is despite the fact that I'd said multiple times I no longer wanted the item and as it had not already shipped I wanted to cancel with a full refund. The item that did eventually arrive was faulty (no surprises). Not going to waste my time trying to get a refund as Paypal arr just as useless but would advise anyone currently going through a PP claim to not get their hopes up.

Terrible. I understand there were COVID delays, but seriously. I ordered paintings at the end of March and didn’t receive but half the shipments til July. That’s FOUR MONTHS not four WEEKS! Still in limbo on the other half of my order. I’ve emailed them with at least 20 exchanges of back and forth, them insisting that the shipment is in transit. Please order from Amazon instead and save yourself the time, money, and headache!!!

Ordered in April to the originalpaintbyno. Text them get same recorded message every time. Say will send but never did,I paid for 4 season painting 🤷‍♀️☹️☹️

I ordered in April and received a tracking number that sent me to a website for Men’s Leather Belts and did not provide me with any info about my order. Contacted them several times but only received a canned response and eventually they stopped responding. This is a scam. Do not waiste your time or money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute scam! Wish I'd read reviews before spending €55. Ordered March 16th, told it was shipped few days later and, just like other reviews on here, I got fake tracking number for China Post. Sent emails an they got pinged back to me undelivered, when I typed in their email address from website it automatically changed it to a different @ address. Also noticed that when I paid with CC the company name was 'painybynumbers' - clearly a scam. Reported to my CC and then 3 weeks later (August 8th - 4 months late) I received my things. Clearly the threat of CC companies poking their nose around the scam company makes them send out the items, but I bet a lot of people don't claim and they can keep their 'company' alive. Disgraceful.

I ordered in April. Have not received my item and no one is responding to my many emails. Company should be prosecuted for all these orders and lying to people!!!

I placed an order in February and it is now August. Still have not received anything. I have attempted to email the company twice and received the same computer generated response. This company is a joke and a scam!

Do NOT order from this company. If it were possible to give negative stars I would. I ordered on 4/6/2020. There were no "covid" delays or other delays noted on their website or I would not have placed my order. My first inquiry had a response that covid was delaying shipments. OK, it had been a month, but I could understand. But it is now 7/28, and with each inquiry I am told different information (lies about when it shipped, when it was in the country, etc), and their tracking site doesn't work. At least be honest with your customers. If you are unable to deliver, then refund the purchases. I see that I am not the only one who is having this issue.

Same here ...it’s a fake website ,delivery never happen they provided the fake China post tracking no.which shows the product is pending .

It’s good way of taking money .I think I will be going to bank to bard their account on permanent basis .

The painting kit never arrived and I have got an automatic email response when I asked about it. The shipping tracker shows as a no action and then expired. Return policy is 30 days of order and the shipping policy says this could take a couple months due to covid. Well a couple months are past and no paint by numbers kit.

Do not order from this company, delivery never arrived (ordered October 2019) and no refund done.
