COMPLETE SCAM!!! Ordered in May and haven't received anything. No customer service only a fake email address that always responds with the same canned email. Currently disputing the charges with my bank. DO NOT USE!!!!

Ordered from original paint by numbers supposedly out of new York on April 7 with 24 HR shipping. It is July 23 still not here. Their address is a virtual office 100 Church St 8th Floor, New York, NY 10007. Their tracking is out of China. Lots of folks left with quick withdrawal of pymt and no product. BEWARE!!!

THIS IS A SCAM! DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR $$$. I ordered and paid months ago...nothing but a fake tracking code. I should have read the reviews 1st.

Its been over 4 months that I placed the order and never received it. Emailed them multiple times but no response from their side. Please do not order. They are Fraud.

Horrible. I ordered a paint by numbers and never received it. I reached out multiple times with zero response.

I was so excited to order one of these but had I known it was going to take over 3 months to receive it I wouldn't have bought it. I got a confirmation email with a tracking number which ended up being bogus. I emailed customer service a few times and someone named Julie always responded quickly but kept saying everything was backordered and couldn't be tracked due to COVID. I ended up finally receiving my order but I haven't painted antyhing yet. I purchased on April 9th and didn't receive it till July 14th.

Ordered back in April as of July 20 still nothing. Won’t refund until it arrives. Won’t provide a tracking number. 100% a scam. Do not order from these scum bags. They’re bums.

Terrible Service! Ordered in March and as of July 20, still have not received my package. Customer Service is a joke. Told me the only way to refund is to reject package. I probably will never receive this package! They have terrible customer service. This company is a joke. Very unprofessional. Lost my money.

My bad, I hadn't checked these reviews before ordering.
So I ordered from these guys mypaintbynumbers.com in April but nothing has arrived until now of course, they stop responding and refused to return the second part of the payment.

Unfortunately the same review. Ordered in April and still haven’t received it. Emailed to cancel they said they won’t refund because it’s been “shipped” but the tracking hasn’t moved since it was purchased. Says the same city in China. Called credit card company to report it as fraud.

Don't buy it.

My painting came in about 2 days, really good quality. Can’t wait to start my next one!

Anyone who has been scammed by this company which is probably everyone who ordered can go through the credit card company and tell them it was a fraud and you will get refunded. I did get my refund. If enough people does this they will not be able to sell this anymore.

Ordered in April. Still no delivery. They will respond but give you the total runaround. Do not order from them.!Its a scam

Incredibly, my painting arrived on the day before PAYPAL was going to resolve my claim. It took over three months and several emails. Now my question for anybody who has gotten theirs, how did you get the wrinkles from packaging out, iron or stretch?

Ordered in March. Still have not received. Same message received every time I email them that they blame Covid-19. I understand a small delay but it has been 4 months. That is no excuse.

Now I'm getting spammed by them every day offering me great deals and discount codes. What makes them think I'd order again after never having received my order in the first place. I will definitely not order from them again.

The same 17 th April wish i found this site . Had to give a star because i could not give a warning. Please do not give any money IT A SCAM.

SCAM!!!!!!!!! I ordered mine at the end of April. No customer service just a junk email in response to any inquiry about the order status. Don't order from these people!

Same story as everybody, sure wish I saw all these before. Ordered April 15 for a bday gift for my gf. Just got it in today, July 15, 3 months later with no response to any of my email. What a garbage company.
