Just wanted to say that i appreciate the timely manner that my laptop was able to be fixed. I'm very pleased.

Technical Support is an excellent job in resolving my problem. PCUtilities was purchased to help clean-up a newly- purchased PC. Clean-up was needed to get AOL Desktop Gold to Install as it encountered Network Errors and Security Errors which were due to Junk Files. Upon purchasing PCUtilities, I encountered problems with Activation. Technical Support helped get the Software Activated, Software Setup and Software to Run. Technical Support remained with the Support Help to ensure PCUtilities ran properly and resolved the PC Clean-up. Technical Support remained on the Support Call to ensure my problem with download to AOL Desktop Gold was resolved. The End-To-End Support is appreciated. Thanks for the Help.

I had trouble to get access to my emails' on my desk desktop. My tech reinstalled and trouble shot to resolve the issue with quick results.

I was having problems with my PC with outdated software and conflicts with different softwares I was trying to use. I downloaded PC Utilities and they found problems that I had to pay more to get an IT person to check out and fix. They fixed everything that I needed and I appreciate the time and effort that they showed in fixing my problem. Thanks to all at PCUtilities for all that you have done for this old man.

I installed an update to my email program and was not able to use it after doing so. I am so happy to report that PC Utilities did a fantastic job of getting my computer cleaned and everything working great!!! Thank you.....thank you....Praise the Lord!!!!

I was very happy with the service and tech support I received from MyPC utilities this morning. They were able to restore my computer files.

They manage to solve a problem that I was having copying files to a flash drive. I was very happy.

I doubt my post will even be posted, there's no way everyone gave this a perfect rating no matter how good the software because they lie to you right from the get go stating its free, well it's not and to get anything fixed you'll need your credit card in your pocket. If you're not honest with me how can I in good faith give you my credit card
