We’d like to clarify that your return request had already been processed and a prepaid return shipping label was issued and sent to your email. We sincerely apologize for the delay — at times, increased request volume may affect response times, but we always make sure every case is resolved.

For transparency, certain parts (including gaskets) are not eligible for expedited shipping due to handling requirements. This is noted on the product page so customers can make informed decisions before placing an order.

Your concern is understandable. While the order was prepared promptly, there was a delay before the package was physically handed over to UPS, and we understand how frustrating that can be when tracking does not update right away. Once UPS received the package, it continued through transit to delivery.

Hello Barrett,

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry for the frustration.

Your order was not shipped because our team was trying to verify part compatibility before sending it. For your model and serial range, there are multiple very similar water valves, and we did not want to ship a part that might be incorrect.

We reached out to request additional information so we could confirm the correct part. Since that confirmation was not completed, we issued a full refund instead of sending a part that may not fit your unit.

Our team is available Monday through Friday and always works to help customers identify the correct part before shipment.

We are sorry again that this experience was frustrating.
