Having purchased a framed Doug Hyde as a birthday present for my wife, delivery by the required date was a challenge, I spoke to Russ, who assured me that he and the Team would do everything possible to make sure the picture was with me on time.

Despite a hiccup in the supply to them, the PPG Team sorted everything, kept me informed, and as good as their word prioritised my request to ensure everything possible was done to get the beautifully framed picture to me ahead of time. I then received a follow up email and call after delivery to make I was totally delighted.

Picture Perfect Gallery is a genuinely decent company with good 'old school' customer service values, and I'd thoroughly recommend Rus, jay and the rest of the team to anyone.

I bought a Doug Hyde print from Picture Gallery. They sourced the print for me, so it took a few days for them to receive it. The communication was excellent, having regular updates on delivery dates. It arrived when they said it would and when it arrived it was superbly packed.

I ordered a Doug Hyde picture as a birthday present with pretty tight time scales, Russ and the guys pulled out all the stops to make sure this was received within the timeframe required. Product was great quality when it arrived and the gallery was regularly in contact throughout the process making me confident it would arrive when I needed it.

Really excellent service from Picture Perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for Russ who went out of his way to find us the perfect frame for our beautiful picture. He kept us informed along the way and the picture was delivered within 3 weeks of our initial enquiry.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I ordered a spitfire picture for my partner as a Christmas present, there was a slight delay with postage due to COVID-19 and Russ responded to my calls and emails each time, keeping me up to date. My partner loved his gift and he has just had it framed and put up on the wall :)
