Myperfumeshop is registered to an Individual/Soletrader in Australia, not even GST registered..red flag. The
New Zealand companies office shows address registered to 'The Crate' which is simply a shared office space for rent as a front, probably just the cheapest option. Wheres the Auckland factory office? No filing returns because there is no factory with robots that supposedly fulfill and dispatch orders from Auckland as advertised on the website shipping info. False advertising.. buyer beware

My last order very recently was delivered in just a couple of days and was perfect especially as it’s a perfume now difficult to find. The first order was much slower for some unknown reason.

Great and easy way to get a variety of perfume. Lots of options, is reliable and always comes. Would recommend!

A very harrowing experience with them. It took me 39 emails and about 4 months to finally get my orders though they were not what I ordered. Some of them had to be compromised for whatever was available in their stock as they were not ready to refund. I would definitely not recommend them though I do not personally like to discourage any business. Wish you might get better with time!!

I bought a 30ml bottle of a favourite perfume recently and the whole experience was very positive. I find it difficult to find smaller size perfume containers, but I prefer them as perfume does deteriorate over time. My order was quickly dispatched, well packed and arrived in perfect condition.

This is my now go to place for my EDT's. They are exceptional quality with a good range of scents for all budgets. My specific like is that i love to try new scents and the new to old filter makes sure I get the latest one. My only bugbear is that if it isn't in stock in Auckland, it can take up to a month to arrive. But then, good things take time as they say.

I have used Hermes perfume for years 24 Faubourg. It is hard to get in New Zealand. I was delighted to come across 'My Perfume Shop Australia'. I didn't want to buy from some unknown website, not knowing if I was going to get the genuine article. The response of this business was professional and speedy, and since that a follow up which is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone trying to find a unique perfume not readily available in stores in New Zealand. Thank you.

Their service is absolutely rubbish, orders take FOREVER to show up.. When you ask them you just get a generic email back which doesnt explain anything whatsoever.

Looks like they are an Aussie run business maybe?
Support NZ business instead and save yourself a headache.

The perfumes are as ordered. Yes there may have been delays with my order but Aubrey has been very good with updating and offering solutions. I will continue to use My Perfume, I understand that you cannot be held responsible for issues with suppliers. Karen

My order came within days of ordering. Very efficient and happy with the service.

This place is a scam! They hold nothing in stock and once you place an order they "attempt" to locate it internationally for you. All the mentions on the website of fast and Auckland based delivery are deceitful lies.

I only found this out after I first ordered and my receipt says - "we expect to receive this in a week". That's weird.. I then waited a month for my order for a 'customer Happiness manager' to "state, sorry, we don't have that in stock! Please choose from this list of 8 $15 perfumes that we do have in stock!". Bit of a kick in the teeth. I then went through the website and in tiny inaudible writing, I noticed 49/50 that I checked stated "receive in a week", similar to the one I purchased. However, every single one had in massive writing "All shipped from our Auckland warehouse!" And "fast same day shipping".

I've asked for a refund but considering how slow they operate i would fully expect it to take an extremely long time.

I found My Perfume Shop New Zealand great to deal with. Their price was awesome, far better than Chemist Warehouse!
The perfume was true to brand and their customer service follow up was outstanding.
I will be recommending them to all my friends 🧡
