First, this stuff comes from China and takes forever. I just received mine yesterday, Jan 22. It was ordered and promised for Christmas. Then the quality is very poor, not at all as represented. Don't waste your time or money on this site. This gift was from my daughter and the review is her opinion as well as mine.

This was the worst experience ever. I ordered product Nov 26th and they said I would have it by Christmas. I never even received a tracking number until I emailed them in January 12th and the one they sent wouldn’t even work. Every time i contacted them they just said product is on its way. Finally received product Jan 20th after I contacted PayPal to look into it and forwarded the info onto mypets. When I received product it looked like a blob on a necklace. So disappointed to have waited so long for something that turned out to be awful. I wish I could attach a photo for you all to see. I do not recommend this to anyone.

If i could give it no star i would. The pendant itself looked ok but the pendant loop that the necklace passes through was too small and the chains both ends are too big. i contacted them about this with photo evidence (no reply and as this was a xmas gift for my mum i didnt want tot not give it to her so i went out and spent money on another chain so she could have it on xmas morning) and then got a response asking for photos despite me already sending them previously. The response that followed really ticked me off they told me that it "its not a big problem" not once but twice.

So my advice is to anyone going to consider buying from them JUST DONT they do not have any respect for their customers and no business sense at all. ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Poor quality...not what was promised according to site and not in the time frame either. Trying to reach company to file complaint and for refund.

Horrible quality! This business should be put out of business. The pictures “engraved” on the necklace pendants are actually just printed on. They are so “smudged” looking you can barely tell what it is of. The keychain is actually engraved, but it looks like a blob. You cannot even tell what it is. Upon reading the return policy too, they charge a 30% restocking fee and you pay for shipping... this is probably the only way this company makes money. It is a waste of money and time. Takes over a month to get your product. Never again will I use this company. Just horrible.

I'm so disappointed! The pendant I received is so tiny and the picture so faint I'd have to use magnifying glass to tell it was my dog. Feels like a ripoff and an awful way to honor and memorialize my decreased pet.

It was OK, for this type of product. My mom ordered way before Christmas so it would arrive on time, but it came after the new year :( It looks exactly like my dog, though, and the inscription reads, "My lizzy girl!" Adorable! The loop on the pendant is too small, though, so we will have to get it fitted. Tanks, Mom!

Took 3 months to get here!! Once I did receive it the quality was awful. If I didn't know it was supposed to be my dog I never would have guessed. Don't waste your money.

I received this and the pendent is nice but much smaller than I thought it would be and very thin, more of a charm for a bracelet than a pendent for a necklace, would have been nice if bigger and better quality so I am disappointed in that, also I asked for and payed for the longest chain and only received the 18 inch long chain and it is of VERY poor quality, the charm is not on the chain and you have to pull a link apart off the chain to get the charm on it which any good chain should not be able to do as they are soldered. I will NOT recommend anyone else ordering these from MyPets - Sorry but they are not worth the money they cost - NOT an satisfied customer. (Thumbs Down)

Absolutely the worsted company! It's been over a month since I ordered, nothing!!! But they took the money!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Horrible. I had no clue the seller was from China but I ordered my mom a personalized bracelet of our beloved 19 year old cat who passed away at 19 years old. I ordered this WAY in advance so I knew I would get it for Christmas even though it was coming from China. Fast forward a week before Christmas..I emailed them and a few days before Christmas they said, "It's on it's way." Great. Fast forward after the New Year and I kindly write that since I did not get this Christmas gift before Christmas I no longer need it (my mom lives 1,000 miles from me), can I please get a refund. Two days later, "It's on it's way." Me.."That's nice, but I needed it for Christmas. I ordered it a month and a half before Christmas. It is now 12 days AFTER the New Year. Please refund me my money or I need to dispute this with my bank." That night, their response, "It is on it's way. It's not our fault that Holiday mail is slow. We will not refund you your money. I hope you understand." Ridiculous! Called my bank and disputed the charge. WHY must I pay for an item I didn't get in time after ordering a month and a half before a Holiday?? Let alone an item I NEVER got? Very unprofessional. Do not order from Mypets. Also, when I did buy this item...they charged me an extra few dollars or so then what I paid. I did not like this.

It takes a long time to receive what you order , however they do an excellent job and capture every detail including facial expressions ! If you don’t mind waiting for a quality job I highly recommend !

Ordered a charm and it took over a month to arrive, there is no way of communicating with the vendor. The first time I had a reply to a few email addresses listed on PayPal and their website was when the item arrived. Unfortunately it was too late for for me to give it as a gift and I had bought something else. It’s now no good to me and PayPal sided with the vendor. Don’t waste your money if you want an item for a specific date even if the delivery times on the website look achievable. Shocked that Facebook and Paypal are happy to interact with such companies. Lesson learnt.

Horrible, just horrible. Over 45 days later I receive this gift and when received it is not offered as advertised. It is not engraved, it's a holographic image that you can barely see and is the size of a penny, definitely not as advertised and seems like a complete scam. It is delivered from China and the tracking info is not in point at all. I will never buy from this company again and would appreciate a refund for what I perceive as a false advertisement.

They suck. They said 5-15 business days it took over 40 business days and the necklace I ordered looked horrible. Do not buy from them they are hacks

A month and a half later, no product, no response. SCAM!!!

It took way longer then expected and when I contacted someone I'd never get a direct answer. Two months after the order I finally received the key chain and it is far smaller then I expected and is not worth the money that's for sure!! Customer service is a nightmare and product is no good... Save your money, I wish I had!

I recevied my necklace as a gift, but it arrived after Christmas inside a package that was postmarked from China. The charm looks exactly like my dog. It is very cute and attentive to detail. However, it is a small charm. The hook on the charm is too small and the chain doesn’t fit through the loop. I will have to take it to a jeweler to get the it sized. The chain and charm indicate they are silver but I haven’t worn it yet. The inscription on the back is so small I would need a magnifying glass in order to read it. I don’t know how much was paid for it, but I thought it was a very thoughtful gift.

Terrible business. No response from any of the contact information they give. No product, no idea if they are even working on it. In dispute with them via PayPal for a refund.

I would give them 5 stars but the necklace arrived far later than I hoped it would. But it did arrive. I was about to report this company as a possible scam but I'm glad I didn't because the necklace looks great and my daughter loves it. But again, I think it took at least two months to receive, maybe more. If you're in a hurry, try another source.
